Its possible, is it a good idea? probably not. Traffic, lack of venues and general excitement from the residents of the city all kind of play a part in it. I don't think Miami should bid personally however I will say I believe that FL is a prime location for the summer games. So maybe another city? but Miami no, Then again LA traffic is just as bad as Miami and some of the events in '28 are being outsourced to Oklahoma ( why there?
