It’s good for the price. The integrated plastic scales make it feel somewhat cheap but it’s decent. IMO the Civivi Mini Praxis is a little better in that it feels better with it’s G10 scales and it was a bit cheaper.
How are there only 21 comments? Is the algorithm upset with X? Thank you X i always look forward to these lists and usually purchase at least one item from the list. (Im eyeing the drop bear and the emergency radio right now…….)
I always carry either a benchmade bailout or socp folder, an ekster wallet, and a niteize pen on my keychain. I dont have any use for a lighter on me, but do keep matches in the car along with a tool bag and I have a watch that i dont like to wear. I do have a pocket organizer, like he had in the video but a different brand, but i use it at work to carry a pen, leatherman, tweaker, small adjustable wrench, safery hasp, and dykem marker.
If I’m not at work I just carry a Swiss Army knife loose in the pocket, when I’m at work I wear a dual multi tool belt sheath so I can rock with a little bit of everything all in one little package. With that I carry the Swiss Army knife, Leatherman Blast, a utility knife, and my keys. I forget the brand of the sheath, but I got it on Amazon about 6 months ago when I was sick of carrying everything in my pockets at work, and it’s been working great and made from really high quality leather. I work in the warehouse of a hardware store by the way so having all 3 tools on my belt at all times is just extremely convenient.
Minor correction. The Olight mini warrior 2 has max lumens of 1,750 not 750. Quite a significant difference. I have one, love the size, awesome flashlight.
Love to see fellow 1911 carriers. I use the Viktos Upscale II ccw sling. No lights or red dots. Heck, it fits in my snck time sling and even in the Alpaka tech case! I carry my shiet!! also shoutout CountyComm, my Bay Area EDC fix. 🔧 🔨 🔫
If you like the mini-bugout, check out the Vosteed Mini-Psyop. Outstanding slicey blade comparable to the mini-bugout with better materials, Elmax and Micarta. BTW, that shot of the knife on the record player was really cool!
As a knife virgin, I am confused. I am looking for my first knife and i hear nothing but great things about Benchmade. Only downside is the price. I loved your Benchmade in 2024 video where you said you would not get a Benchmade in 2024. Where should I look if I think my first(and hopefully last) knife should be around the $100 mark?
That 5.11 belt is great. I’m still wearing mines till this day. I bought it back in 2009 on my first deployment. I use the edge of the plastic piece to open my beer and it’s still in great shape. Also it being plastic has helped me get through the airport and court without having to take it off.
@@EverydayCarryConstitution technically speaking gifts aren’t suppose to exceed $20 but with that being said it’s hard to make a blanket statement on gift ideas. Some simple gestures are the ones I appreciate the most. Most of Our trucks don’t have ac and can get rather warm. A random frozen water bottle in a mailbox can really be a nice surprise. But in the end we are all unique and not have same interests
My personal EDC hasn't changed in over 12 years. Wallet, Knife, Multitool, Backpack, Light, Pistol. That being said, what has gone into my EDC has changed quite a few times. I recently changed over from a Kershaw Oblivion to a Case Copperlock. My wallet is the one item I keep that could be made simpler, but it was a gift from my wife. It has my favorite picture of us and an inscription we say to each other all the time that cheers me up when I'm having a bad day.
No 😂 That may work for you, but the only point I fully agree with is the number one. And even in that one I use a Leatherman Skeletool CM instead of a standard foldable knife becuase most useful thing for me are the pliers, competing with the blade. I really tried with the torch... but it's not for me, not enough use and not big advantages over the phone. The smartwatch really helps me managing calls and notifications on working time. And about the fire... bro, I live in a 4 million people city; no, thanks 😂
