Good production line. But is a single screw extruder good enough for blending a material? The most suppliers of SEBS for mixing a compound recommend two screw extruders. Whats the reason for that?
This buyer required single screw, and it is enough for his formula, the machine is running well in Turkey now. Two screw is necessary for some formulas, it has better compounding.
@@jack-kerkemachines thanks for your answer. So you could generally say for a formula with a low viscosity (very soft TPE compound) a machine with one screw should be enough? We are searching for some kind of low cost lab sized machine for comounding our own ultra soft TPE blend.
