So when we are out there riding oure bikes and enyoing the scenery in diffrents country and meet all those frendly pepole redy to hela us if there som problems with oure bikes, how the hell can a man like Putin put all this frendship and fellowship redy to help there fellow person, all away? As far as I know, from Gusinje Montenegro ( Guci in Albanian) to Shkodra and Shkodra to Theth Central is all asphalted, but not further than that. I think they have started some work even further Theth, but it's in early stages. I'm not sure if Prekal is part of it, but I do know that they have been working on Dukagjini road since last year, but these are not easy roads to finish quickly...it was even a fatality with an excavation driver who fell into the abyss and died. ( That road has one of the highest fatalities in the country due to the dangerous and narrow turnings, but finally, the government is working on it). The terrain remains very difficult to work, though...
