he definitely doesn't have his old form (yet?), but his future definitely can't be judged by the falcons performance, pro cs is more than individual skill and they had a really short time to practise + seems like no chemistry in that team at all hope they disband
Not being rude but everything done here is like unbelievably bad compared to modern CS imo. Especially donk. Nexa missed a full mag. Hunter unlucky. Amanek with the reaction times of a pig. Not dissing s1mple he's a god but this play would be donk expect every kill here would be like aimbot headshots. If s1mple comes back we need him in prime form with the AWP. No other gun. The cs scene was so stagnant in COVID. No wonder Navi started losing imo. Nearly every team has a superstar talent now so s1mple doing what he does isn't going to be enough anymore.
nice clutch but this was so winnable for even amanek alone... s1mple was heavily beaten by 3 of them, there was m4 in safe place to be picked up, as s1mple killed hunter in B entrance, he had enough time to just spray into smoke where he has heard the bomb sound from (he could do it from ramp and not get himself killed, even in the case if s1mple would just try to bait the bomb), as supposedly hunter had plenty in the mag. also s1mple must have been desperate to clutch this, just even for the skill points alone, as he would have get 1v4 from this play, + g2 certainly had a kit, so he must be playing close position -- even if he failed at spraying the smoke, he could have just scan doors and get s1mple killed like that, or just rush to the doors, and he would probably kill him like that as much, because of the huge hp difference (100/8). yeah and s1mple also closed doors just before amanek sticked the bomb, so amanek could knew he is close and available to be killed if he had only just pushed short. not talking about the fact that in go u could just stop the bomb defuse by pressing mouse1 (dont know about cs2), so him looking at the ground here, with s1mple being so low and easily available to be killed, is so smh
why doesnt amanek spam tec9 at him through smoke , nobody on G2 commed that s1mple was low? i mean come on guys.. that ones gotta sting, fantastic work from s1mple isolating all those duels within seconds
Bro this just shows me that Amanek is underrated as fuck. Imagine deciding to just stick it first thing after you got 3 guys killed in a 1v4 against s1mple. It nearly worked there were 0.24 seconds, he wasn't the problem on that team
