I got a 93 green stock with factory made gold rims. only me and a guy in California hv the last gold ones that I know of. it's runs like a monster and rides like a Cadillac. I will never sell it. just took it to the Woodard dream cruise 2016.
Ashley Bennett my rims are not the gold wire design which are common. Here's a link on how they look i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NzUwWDEwMDA=/z/DeAAAOSwzaJX5TMg/$_35.JPG?set_id=880000500F are these the one you have too or no?
Nice guys! I used to own a Black 1996 Bonneville SSEi that was fully loaded with Gray leather interior. It was an awesome car. I had a few mods done to it as well... 3.3" Supercharger Pulley with Tensioner & all Upgraded Belts, Thrasher K&N CAI with the clear box top, Borla Exhaust System, MSD Ignition coils & plug wires, NGK Iridium Spark Plugs & a Diablosport Predator Race Tune (Later On). This thing definitely got out of it's own way :) I wish I ran it at the track though.
I had a black 1994 Bonneville SE that was in fairly decent shape. Sold it to a guy my friend knew, and he totalled it in 4 days on purpose. Pissed me right the fuck off.
The same thing happened to me, only it was a 1989 Lincoln Town Car. I had ordered it from the factory with leather, the towing package, and all the bells and whistles. Then in 1996 I ordered a new Lincoln Town Car and sold my old one to him. He actually entered it in a damn demolition derby and totaled it! I'm still sick about that because it was mint!
I had a 1994 Bonneville, that I sold to a friend of a friend. (thinking maybe I would get to see the car every now and again.) 4 Days later he totaled it on the highway doing 80 mph, and all he got was a couple scrapes and that was it. That car was solid as hell.
series 2 my friend...i bought it with a blown motor from a customer at my work an i found a 2000 3.8 motor out of a bonne... just swaped over the harness an some electronics an i was easily hitting the 120mph on the speedo backed with the stock 95 4t60 trans...i know in 98 GM upped the horses on the 3.8s i worked at GM when they did, very nice thing to do. yes i know this seems fast for a bonne.. ill make a vid in a few months when i get a new trans an complete fuel system... drive safe bro
that humidity didnt slow it down it fuckn killed it...my 95 bonne pull 100mph in the 1/4 thats with cool dry air but i did put a 3.8 from a 2000 non s/c in it... but that car will do 100 in the 1/4 i have seen it done live...an there just bad ass looking cars to... nice dude
