Hey everybody Thanks for coming to my channel. I`m a fabricator and Welder for more than 30 Years. So most of the Stuff you`ll see here is pretty much my all Day work. I am pretty new on RU-vid. Was watching Videos for a while. After watching Videos from Robert Nurden and Jason Andrews I decided to make a Video from Time to Time and put it on RU-vid. Hope you like it.... @@brandt-heiss Moin Sven. Wir 4 haben uns vor 8 Jahren auf RU-vid kennen gelernt undsind seid dem nie auseinander gegangen. Das sind einige Schnibsel aus kleinen Videos die wir ins eigentlich über die Jahre immer wieder mal geschickt haben. Die, die anderen3 aber längst vergessen hatten. Weil ich ja die nächste Zeit nicht in die Garage komm, hab ich mal ein funny Moments video zusammen gesetzt 🤣🤣🤣
Das ist natürlich auch ne möglichkeit auf dem DevilForge, ich nutze da ja ne alte Herdplatte, macht nicht so viel Krach. Deine Formen gefallen mir sehr gut. Hast du die selbst gemacht? Grüße aus Bayern
Ich habs auf ner alten Herdplatte versucht. Hat nicht geklappt. Wollter mir gleich nen Gaskocher holen, da hat mich die Devil Forge von um die Ecke angegrinst... 🤣 Ja , nach dem mir ne Graphitform ,die ich teuer bezahlt hab kaputt gegangen ist und ich keine Lust hatte nen haufen Geld in neue zu investieren, hab ich die selbst gemacht. Und ich bin äußerst zufrieden damit 😉
I like melting Lead, very easy to do, pouring Lead is like pouring a liquid mirror. I think I now have close to 100Kg in ingots... no idea what to do with them yet though 😅👍
I think that Penholder was one of my more brilliant Ideas as it is a very easy to make but good looking Gift if in need of one. .... if you have a fitting Pen. 😅
Thanks for the coment Anthony. I do youtube now for 7 or 8 years and I always kept it a hobby. I do a video if I like to and dont want to put any pressure on me. But any new Subscriber is welcome. 😁

Its interesting that each piece alone , paint , wood, metal, arent that interesting or spectacular. But because each part is done well alone , when they are all combined you end up with a unique and nicely crafted piece . The combination of things made it really stand out !
I learned that years ago when I was doing things. During the Process I often thought, what a Pile of Sh#*t. But when it all comes together it mostly had its charme....😉
Servus Guido. Ich hab tatsächlich noch kein Video gesehen in dem jemand Zink in Wasser gegossen hat, Kupfer, Messing, Alu, ... alles gesehen aber nie Zink. Danke dafür. Das Ergebnis sieht wirklich Klasse aus.
Grüß dich mein bester. Die Idee dahinter ist schlicht, das wenn ich z.b. Nordic Gold machen will, ich immer nur kleine Mengen brauch ( 50- max 200gramm) so n Barren wiegt wie gesehen über ein kg... 😉. Übrigens solltest du mal Zink brauchen, lass es nich wissen, ich hab noch 10kg in barren hier liegen 😅
And what's your settings on. Your tig machine is very subtle compared to mine when welding Mines much more violent and won't stay as smooth or able to control as yours seems.
@@all_handmade sweet thanks for all the info very helpful. So I'd imagine 200 amps probably would be why my machine seems to be like the fourth of July! Haha.
With his shed it is the same with his videos, he waffles about what he want to do but you rarely see him doing it. 🤣🤣 It is what it is, but I love to tease him with it every here and then 😉
Das sieht Klasse aus. Sehr gute Arbeit. Hab ich das richtig erkannt dass du alle Materialien gleich am Anfang in den Schmelztiegel gepackt hast? Wenn ja, gut zu wissen.
Danke erstmal. Ja, hast du richtig erkannt. Aber es ist egal ob duerst das kupfer schmilzt und nach und nach alles rein gibst. Das Zink wird dir auf jeden Fall die Bude zu qualmen sobald es auf kocht, und glaub mir, das ist nicht wenig, setz auf jeden Fall ne Atemschutzmaske auf. 😉
