The way Gyuri fell for Jisoo's inner ferocity and independence while also recognising his inner weakness and insecurities leading her to be fiercely protective of him. What an amazingly well developed relationship over 10 episodes.

The hotel scene was the most romantic thing I’ve ever seen. Idk exactly what it was but something was INTENSE. It wasn’t like other typical Hotel kiss or “more” scenes it had something special

I think it end perfect. This is advice to teen. One you go bad side, hard to return to normal. Thare are helps always who ask for (but practicaly lie) if they are safely aboard in the end, it will bad advice for teens. There are second chances but too hard to get.
If there's no season 2 for this, at least make them the lead role of another drama again, their chemistry is overflowing, they didn't even say to each other "I love you" in this drama but damn, chemistry wise? Indeed this 2 got it

This song really does fit jisoo and gyuri the most. As the song lyrics goes (this is my interpretation)that two people are in a mess and while being in mess they meet each other.They try to hide their mess from each but end up intertwining with each other making it even messy but they still keep living that mess and call it lovely Jisoo and gyuri had the same exact messy life but they got intertwined and messed it even more but still stayed there for each other.Even in the ending scene where jisoo got stabed gyuri tried to save him and then the series ended with a beautiful seen of Seoul. Messy. Ugly. Fucked up but yet Lovely

I think problems started because of Min-hee. Police hae-kyung even encircled the CCTV footage of Min-hee on the board as the cause of all the mess.
I think of it as being the meaning behind it. The world gave them shit cards. As if trying to keep them apart. But in the end they still couldn't leave one another.
man i just finished the show and i feel so sad for the both of them, jisoo just wanted to live a normal life from the very start just like gyuri, they both had problems with their parents and probably are the right person for e/o that met at the wrong time. they could have such a healthy relationship if they only talked and not kept all their problems inside, they would be helping each other much more with communication ;-; it's so frustrating but sometimes things are not meant to happen
