lol change blades and spark plug that were in good condition, then doesn't change the inlet fibre gasket that clearly got damaged when removing it........ Thats why I do my own servicing
It was sometimes replaced anyway,even if it wasnt bad.There was an issue of the inverter module around a salt water enviroment causing the module to short out.If it was a brand new generator in the box.All that was required to place the new rubber shield on top of the inverter unit.The factory rubber shield didnt cover the whole inverter module.Then a non conductive honda electrical grease inside and outside on the main connector.There is also a boot that goes over the top of the main connector to keep the rain water out.If the generator was already used.The mechanic could then determine if the whole module needed to be replaced.In this case the mechanic did.I recommend putting honda non conductive grease inside all the connectors.You must use the honda non conductive grease to keep the warranty valid.
