I am a terrible cook and I made this. OMG it's better than the restaurant!! I was surprised because it wasn't as complicated as I thought it was going to be. I added cashews and yogurt to mine so I could do less cream. I'm thinking next time I make it I can try to hide some vegetables in the gravy. Maybe something sweet like bell peppers or carrots. I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR THIS RECIPE. THANK YOU!! 😀😀😀
Currywurst tastes very different from place to place. There's really no widely accepted standard in Germany, just like there is no standard for hamburgers in America or pizza in Italy. I've often been disappointed with the various currywursts I've tried in Germany, but I finally found great tasting currywurst outside the Köln Hbf/Main railway station of Cologne.
