Hi there, i have a bit of pain in the shoulder when doing the internal rotation walkout and also internal rotation with a handle attached to the band. Should i just continue to do those two exercises? My strength with them is good but a bit of pain is present. I believe i have a subscapularis issue which affects my bench pressing
@@Dirk_van_Tonder I would only do it in the presence of pain if when you are done you are no worse compared to before you started. If you are worse after then you need to be doing something else
This instantly gave me an extra inch on my ankle dorsiflexion on my weak leg. Nothing else really worked for me so this was probably my issue all along I'm currently working towards being able to match my right anke's flexibility. I'm able to hit my knee on the wall when my right foot is 5 inches away from the wall. Thanks a lot
I'm 55 and I can't believe how hard it is for me to stand up from a kneeling position. I used to do it effortlessly when I was young. I've been looking for some leg strengthening exercises to really work my legs so I can get up more easily. Thanks for the video.

This is a great stretch, thank you. I have labral tear, with cam+pincer morphology, and I've noticed that aggressive adductor stretches cause irritation in the joint space. This seems to allow me to stretch without the irritation, becausse it's easy to determine the stretched position.
When I do this my front part of my left leg hurts while lifting it up. The pain is on the front bone area of left leg and I feel it going towards side as well. Do I have weka hip flexors? Help plz so I can look for exercise to strengthen them
The worst ulnar pain I have is while sleeping... elbow bent (I place my hand under my cheek as I sleep on my stomach) and my inner elbow rests on a pillow. The pain in my elbow makes my skin crawl. Wondering if I need to do something else. Having email issues but will try to send you this question.
