That’s a great show but you are absolutely right. A lot of people forget that the agent is contracted by the seller, and there are multiple conflicts of interest as the agent is also incentivised just to get the deal done, so not necessarily representing the seller’s (their client’s) best interest!
One MAJOR suggestion. Show us the view. We love to see what you can see out the window. Is there a balcony? Please show the view. Even if to you it may seem not interesting I guarantee you people want to see it. We foreigners love Parisian streets. ❤❤❤
What about buying a nice apartment for yourself but renting it for weekly rentals? You think they will ban this? Why would anyone chose to invest in Paris if they can’t rent it out?
Would like to have seen the refrig/freezer and dishwasher in the kitchen. Also a full view of the laundry room and would it hold a large washer and seperate dryer or a stackble unit. You also need Ed to say where the dining rroom would be.
In reference to the property with a valuation of 4 million euros, it is pertinent to note that the annual rental income amounts to 240,000 euros. ( 20.000 euros per month ) Consequently, this translates to a substantial gross yield of approximately 6 per cent.
