Mariachi Mexico band is a well known band in the history of Mexican music. It was created in the early 50s by the Jalisco musician José Villa Pérez (Pepe Villa as he would be known artistically). He appeared in many films during the golden age of Mexican cinema and at the height of his fame he was part of Discos Musart, both to accompany great performers, and to record his own music. Viewed today as true jewel, the melodies of this sensational band are appreciated in Mexico, the United States and in numerous countries in other latitudes.
