Omg bruh I thought I was supposed to be using the essence of puppetry move to defeat people and Im just sitting there thinking “this some bullsh##” especially because I’m on legend so it was hard to force interactions where I was low health but also had full heat specifically so I can throw an enemy to the ground to use the heat move but a-lot of times the enemy would immediately break my grab and get up and even when I would use the move it wasn’t enough damage to take out the surrounding people. Thank goodness I checked out a guide finally because I was gonna lose my mind playing as saejima.
@@Matth3w-wil glad it helped dude, and I think I did something similar when I played all those years ago! Hopefully you are a step closer to the plat now! Cheers for the comment!
so if you go on the lower difficulties where it shows your center point, get a little dot of tape or a pen that you can wash off the screen, that is where the aimer is, so then you go on ex hard and that dot allows you to know where to hit if that makes sense? it is still really difficult but the tape basically makes it so you can see where you are hitting it with a bit more accuracy. Best of luck with it and thanks for the comment!
yeah a lot of them are just pure rng unfortunately but sounds like you got it done in the end? best of luck with the rest of the plat and thanks for the comment!
5:30 there is your musashi, the game is complete RNG so it wouldn't matter if you knew the hands or not, all you need to know is save before playing and hope you are the banker first and get a good hand, if you lose restart. Good luck getting the plat.
dude this helped so much that i was even like “wow!” lmao. i had to battle the electronics king that’s why. but you wouldn’t believe it when i had 4.1 million my controller fucking died i was pissed because of all the times it had to be that moment. thank you so much for the tip tho!
great to hear and thank you for the comment it is greatly appreciated, that is so unlucky with the battery! onwards and upwards, i'm sure you will smash the rest of it as well!
I got it firsty try within 30 minutes. I guess I should count my blessings. Finished with 8,255 on VF35, bad luck day with the cheat item after 6 jackpots.
@@phalanx8437 Awesome dude congrats on the plat! much appreciated for commenting on the vids and appreciate your viewership, I know they aren't the best guides but hopefully some vids can help in parts!
I despise this kind of hostess game, but yeah it's painful, hope you can nail it but yeah I've not played in a longgg time, so cant remember how to help! hopefully it is just a trial and error kind of thing
@@ragnarhenchbrok I got some of it done, I was just confused as to how I upgraded charisma and stuff, I used a Reddit post for the gorgeous and other stuff
@@frostycane5134 it certainly does but yeah it's a staple part of Yakuza platinums unfortunately, but it is a lot of RNG so if you know the basics it will work eventually, hope the rng turns in your favour! Thanks for the comment!
@@ragnarhenchbrok true after I made this post, I got 40,000 points in medium mahjong table , then I used the peerless tile on the dragon cup . Only 3 more to go
The fact that you can’t switch to Haruka in the finale final chapter is absolutely retarded I only missed her last training mission with Yoko, and now you’re telling me I have to do all side missions, training missions, hostess club completion, garbage collection, treasure hunts, and locker key collections all over again for the 100 percent completion. F this game! 🤬
@ragnarhenchbrok I figured it out a bit but I still don't know how to guess how hard I have to hit when I'm near a hole. I either hit too far or to soft and then my points get tanked
@@Hiroakiarai88 yeah it is tricky as the ground isn't even, it's probably better to air on the side of caution with the power on putting but it is definitely not easy to do, best case scenario is trying to get as close to the hole with the drive, its one of those where it's mainly guess work unfortunately but best of luck with it and thanks for the comment!
@@Hiroakiarai88 ah fair enough, it does get easier the more you play but like many of the minigames it's a time drainer on learning, nothing wrong with leaving it out though, games are meant to be enjoyed so do the parts you enjoy!
Wait I’m genuinely so confused atm, I’m missing baseball bat mastery in the battle skills. How do I go about getting that? I’ve bought both things at the batting centre
@@Bacon-vm1rr so if you bought the two books about batting then it unlocks them on the upgrades grid to purchase as attacks and then you can use them in combat I think, hopefully that makes sense thanks for the comment!
@@Bacon-vm1rr yeah those bouncer missions are rough to say the least, as in you are doing them on legend difficulty or it's legend on bouncer difficulty tiers? They are tricky, but there are things that can help you through, I remember the poison knife being really useful, hopefully it gets easier somehow, I remember them taking agesss
i want to eat the skin of my face, darts are so BAD in this game. the last game you have to play perfect or you are just not going to win. Iv got the best darts and they do NOTHING, i keep trowing my darts completly difrent place where i aim.
fuck this, im giving up, i have a pad i have a keyboard and mouse, nothing fuckin works. you cant make 100% consistent shots, you cant even make them 60% consistent, there is no way to beat that mfker. even on this video you arent consistent yet you some what beat the guy with 99% accuracy ? how, explain it to me please.
Ah yeah drunken darts is brutal, the only thing I can remember is doing a gentle pull back and then forward in one smooth motion, making sure the analog is straight both ways, it is inconsistent though sometimes but hopefully that helps a little, aligning the finger and thumb on the board to where you want to throw it should help, best of luck with it though, feel ya pain, try not to eat your own face and thanks for the comment!
@@leonardopinto6651 it's one you will have to get used to unfortunately on Yakuza games but I appreciate the return and the comment much appreciated! It does get easier eventually 🤣
@@ragnarhenchbrok i just did it 😭😭😭😭 i tried get the star point 3 times, them i realized that would be easier just get the 1.000 5 times, now I'm dependent on the fishes and weapons RNG to FINALLY 100% the completiolist

Combat Challage 3: I was stuck on, but then I found if I had a bar of heat sometimes I could get away with throwing the guy with armour over the edge of the area... so that's him gone in one go - if he didn't manage to break you're grip which can sometimes happen. (Circle to grab and Triangle near the outer area of the map). It's good to work on the other people and attacking them whilst moving/beating them up to the outside of the map as everyone will follow you... including the amoured guy. For those that don't know the wild dancer buttons to take out a bunch of people - Hold R1 and then press Triangle whilst in the middle of the group. Anyway, I'm kind of supprised nobody has commented on this video as it is helping me. I hated all the climax stuff on Zero, but I did it... yet I still have that to get through it all on Kiwami 1... and everything else. I was wishing Ishin avoided all that stuff, but nope... However, I just did all the combat challanges and that felt easier than the other Yakuza games. Still Thank you for you're guide as all the info I can get helps so much! : )
@@WarriorOfTheHeavens congrats on getting through and thank you for the tips, I'm sure they will help others and Yakuza is a neverending climax XD it's definitely best to have a bit of a break or at least play the RPG ones to get little break from all of it, onwards and upwards to pirates! I have the dumbest question ever, and for some reason I can’t find an answer anywhere on the internet: HOW DO YOU BOOST!?!?!? I’ve been playing this game over and over, when you go to “View Controls” it says “Press (R2) Twice to Boost”. I have been doing this, over and over, and it IS NOT WORKING. Am I a moron? WTF AM I DOING WRONG!? It says “press twice”, I’m pressing twice, and NOTHING! The meter is full, why can’t I boost!? Is my game bugged? I’m starting to think my game is bugged.
@@kristennification koi koi is basically just snap with more rules, I would recommend using the hand guide but yeah when it highlights one when it highlights one in the middle you just go for it, there's loads of different hands but you will get lucky and win even just playing without knowing hands, just save before you play and keep trying it will come through for you I'm sure!
And the second one is oicho kabu which is basically try and get a hand closest to 9, 0 is the lowest and 9 is the highest, so you have the banker who plays against the other 3 people, so if you are the banker and you get 9 and the others get less than 9 you will accumulate all of the winnings, again it's pure rng but there are different hands such as triples or 10-10-1 where you will get triple winnings or potentially more, it is very rare though, hopefully it makes a bit more sense now but keep playing and it will make more sense as you play, thanks for the comment! And best of luck!
@@kristennification its basically just draw once or twice, similar to black jack but 9 is the goal, so if you draw a 3 and then you draw a 5, chances are you arent going to draw a 1 so you stick with the hand, its not too complex, I'm sure you are just misunderstanding the game but keep at it and thanks for the comment!
Tip for this is to follow the fish without pressing l1 or r1, just press r1 when it's green and l1 if it's going crazy was able to catch it in like a min this way and they are worth 100k each but I think PC has a bug making it more "difficult" but also faster.

@@chiefkeith9522 personally if you want the 100 % I'd learn the easier games first like blackjack and then poker, just spend like 30 mins playing and learning maybe each day and it will get easier, don't have to rush the learning process, mahjong is the hardest minigame to learn but if you can grasp the basics, with rng you can get by, remember as well it doesn't matter how good you are the RNG can beat even the best player so you need some luck, happy to try to guide where I can though, best of luck to you! Since Amon is the last Challenge at the series game, I wanted to give you a final thanks for your Videos. I just beated the 100% list. Only missing Legend run. You helped me through a lot. This one is my favourite Yakuza game in the series :)
Great to hear dude! Glad you enjoyed the game, it is up there for me as well, definitely the longest one in the series so hopefully the other ones will be quicker for you! Congrats on pushing through and thanks for tuning in and commenting it is greatly appreciated!
If you call Riichi the game automatically plays until you win / draw or someone else wins, it basically means there is one tile left for your winning hand, with regards to the tile you put down go for the one that there is least of left on the board - for example if you had a 5 and a 9 that could win you the game and there is only 1 9 left on the board then go with the 5, it depends really because if someone puts down the 9 in the first place they don't need the tile as they discarded it - but the hands can change so its really a guessing game, thanks for the comment!
Using the thumb and index+middle finger like you said worked. I also noticed that easing the analog stick back into place instead of letting it snap back works wonders
