You guys should try Gariana's Vui Ve Modern Vietnamese Restaraunt!! I had it a few days ago and honestly it was one of the best pho's i've ever had., Definitely worth a visit if you guys love pho!! (they have great desserts too ;))
Actually the ice cream that you ate is not really a gula apong ice cream. Although the Three Tea ice cream is equally good you can get a 'real' taste of gula apong ice cream at the bus stop which is the same row as the Three Tea ice cream.
