Your video is not informative at all if you really look at the 2 screws theres a tiny notch on each one for the specialty tool that I already have and they work on a vast amount of 2 cycle small engines which I've discovered also . But what you failed to tell people is how many turns on the screws to bring it back into adjustment then once it's running it can then be fine tuned for maximum efficiency.
Found a like new, barn dust covered, 20 year old Homelite blower. Apparently left at the local landfill when the owner couldn't get it to run. Cut the slots as you suggested and the blower now hums like a champ. Thanks! ;-) Rob
I just watched jungleking 007. He showed us that a 14ga. wire butt connector is the same size diameter as the screws, press it down over the screw, and twist.
