Do a video on goalie in be a pro series not franchise love th3 videos man they help Me but I'm on be a pro offline and the tree skill is different check it out u will see
@canadaboyrocks66 skill tree for goalie traits? all goalie traits, gold and silver? if that's what you mean, I can do what I value but people's play style will vary in what they think is important. For example, there is a huge debate in goalie community that rebound control is good or that rebound control in useless.
you either have to make one and start recruiting through drops or discord channels or join channels... between the pipes has one just for goalies, so does blackice2020. if you go the drops route, make sure to play with club games on, if you happen to get into a club game, play well and hope they need a goalie to join. goalies are few and far between, if you are stable in net, there's always someone who's looking for a goalie.
@kingsvafnir4886 A new video I made recently has them towards the beginning of the video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EKwQzcJeSqc.html
Between these two videos, you did a fantastic job. You broke down all the things a good G will do and watch. I’ve played thousands of games in net since I first started NHL Chel(OTP). I highly recommend these two videos for anyone trying to play in net. Good shit, nice video production as well.
I was waiting for NHL 24 so much and wanted to try the new control, but when I saw that ea was cut out of the game precision modifier and animation for it, I was really upset. They just slowed down the game for the goalkeeper. It binds hands. For now, I’ll stay in nhl 22 until better times.
Game is wonky in certain areas but one of the better balanced offense to defense games they've made. if you don't like a team game and want to try to do it all yourself, then this is not the game for you
Sure. when the other team is in a corner, along the goal line, when you move to position yourself, your G will turn and completely face the puck with their body. if you don't want that because there are other threats in front or on the other side, hit R2 or right bumper to hug the post and then immediately let go, if you don't hit anything else on the controller, your G will face more center ice with his body and it will be easier / faster to move across the ice and your body will be square to the puck in a pass.
when I tested tip jar, I never found it anymore useful. If a tip was going in, it was going in. I just found x-ray perk gave me more animations throughout the game overall in more situations
Depending on the build I'm using, I'll use speed burst a lot more if I'm a butterfly build in a lot of situations. for the most part though, it's once they are established in the zone and are now looking at cross creases, especially from down low in the corners. I do not use anticipation. too many buttons for me to worry and think about. I messed with it a couple of times and didn't like it.
What stances do you use in the video? One is stance 6 but the other one with wider legs is which number? Great Video so far perfect explained for beginners.
To answer your question. Yes goalie is the hardest if you’re great! Take examples of Hellybuck’s workload, or Carey Price, Vancouver Goalie’s in general. If you’re not that good it’s not that hard. Not many goalies a team
Nope you hold left stick in as you move and you’ll get a speed boost I usually change the button mapping to my rb button so I can use it whenever I want
@@knights2984 Where is this? I go to controller settings and it's just the buttons to use, no option to change them that I see. Could just be I'm an idiot

Was hoping you would do a goalie follow up. By far the most knowledgeable EASHL RU-vidr. These other goalies on RU-vid change their opinions on goalie every week and are not very helpful from a teaching perspective.
Thank you. I know I'm not the most knowledgable but I do notice that there aren't too many teaching videos. If there are things you have questions on, let me know and I'll try to do some more content.
I have been playing NHL 24 now for just over a month and did not realize you could use R1 to increase goalie speed. Thanks for that, gonna be a game changer for me.
Where can I find the charts? To share with Discord. Btw AMAZING VID. This is the IQ of Common Sense chemistry that anybody can build with a random Squad. But unfortunately nobody can really teach IQ. Anyway just started following you and can't wait for more videos.
