Yup it gets tension in the bottom of a rep to help sling the weight out from the sticking point. It means you’re able to use higher weights throughout the rest of the rep. Be careful using it to often in training because you might get a weakness on the bottom of your bench.
@@jamescollins5073 that is true, but the difference is I train heavy bicep movements 1-2 times a week. So it’s pretty safe for me. Not exactly like this, BUT this was for a online competition.
