While this is more dance like than martial and is missing a good bit of higher level detail, it is an excellent preservation of an early Cheng style Baguazhang form. It is difficult to find footage of this form in particular and so close to the origional version. I appreciate your providing its accessibility.

It FEEELS even better than it looks ! The experience of doing Baguazhang (Pa Kua) also better informs as to how to dance Tai Chi Chuan more effectively. I began lessons as his student in 1972 . His school was THE ACADEMY OF CHINESE WU SHU at the Fort Street Mall in Honolulu. Dr. Pang was a fifth generation acupuncturist and herbalist. In two sessions of acupuncture my constant pain was gone and the sciatic nerve that was damaged in an accident, no longer interrupted the signal to my leg putting me flat on my butt .. unable to stand or walk. Eternally grateful for the blessing of his friendship and life long lessons. ALOHA
