Pettis Pools & Patio is a family-run business serving Rochester and the surrounding communities since 1962. Founded that year by Larry and Erma Pettis, our company has grown steadily ever since. We have two locations (Greece and E. Rochester) with a full-time, knowledgeable staff. We offer top-quality selections of inground pools, above ground pools, hot tubs, saunas, casual furniture, chemicals, accessories, and more, as well as a complete service department. Our mission at Pettis Pools & Patio is really quite simple: to provide quality products at a fair price and the best, most professional, friendly, and caring service, in a timely manner, to each and every customer, every single day. Pettis Pools & Patio was built on this basic philosophy, and it is our guiding principle today. We warmly invite you to join our family of satisfied customers.
PowerPool Swim Spas are extraordinary, both in performance and in design. It’s such a great way to have the advantages of having a pool but without the hassle, and extra exercise! One of our best products!
We bought from tuff spas 10/2020. The spa was delivered much later than promised-- 1/2021. The customer service people would never give us accurate updates on delivery status. Finally the tub had been shipped. I contacted the shipper to get ETA they said they were delayed then eventually they scheduled delivery. Day before delivery I called to get a time so I could tell the movers and electrician. They said they hadn't ever scheduled delivery and I must be mistaken. So I lost my deposit with the movers, will tuff spas do anything? No. Next spa had no chemicals and no step (I paid for both). I called and asked they said they would be overnighted. I asked what chemicals I should buy he said sodium bicarb and that the spa would be ok no chemicals for a week and by then my chemicals that I paid for would have arrived. I also reported that the light in the spa was broken. 3 weeks later: still no chemicals. They admit they never sent the step the chemicals "got lost in the mail" and the light is still broken. The sodium bicarb was not the right chemical and honestly why do they not send some kind of pdf care sheet on taking care of your spa/what chemicals to use? I have asked for one repeatedly and they never sent anything. The manual said to "ask your dealer". So in the end I paid 7,000 to stand in the snow and scrub algae off a spa with a broken light. Thanks tuff spa.
Just bought a house and the pool has this system . I have Always heard about chlorine or salt but never this . Thanks for the quick and to the point explanation 👍
How do I know if I need a new control panel? the buttons stopped responding,still has a readout,and occasionally the buttons will work.And if the CP IS shot,where can I purchase a replacement that won't cost an arm and a leg?? Thanks for any help!
Hi, Have Softub 220 and my control panel isn't lighting up, or working other than the jet speed lever. Did you have any luck getting yours repaired/replaced? BTW, I live in New Orleans, La. rolandc98@yahoo.com
@@rolandcausin6477 I think mine may be that same model,or the 300.Mine has been stored away for a couple years, I'm still on the hunt for some answers. My control panel will light up/show display,but it just doesn't respond.So no, I haven't had mine fixed.
@@mickschnabel Hi Mike. Thanks for the response. Mine doesn't light up, nor can I control the temp, or setting. Thus it runs and runs. I just set it up yesterday, first time in 5-6 yrs. Worked perfectly when I stored it away back then. I'm the original owner. I'm searching for service repair person locally, but If no one is available I'll tackle this myself;
I love it. I bought my Softub on Sunday at the fair from them. It is arriving today. I can't wait to get it set up. I think people thought me nuts(rightfully so) buying a hot tub on a 98 deg day. Thank you Pettis Pools.
