World Diabetes Day is the global diabetes awareness campaign, led by the International Diabetes Federation. It is celebrated each year on 14 November.

The campaign was established in 1991 by the International Diabetes Federation and the World Health Organization in response to concern over the escalating incidence of diabetes around the world.
