I dont even go to DT to have a low tire adjusted anymore. they started saying "oh we need to check your tire to see what the problem is." (the problem is I need some air in my tire) Hello ? Air my tire up & I gave the air guy 1 dollar & thanks, Im on my way. not anymore. thanks DT. I deal somewhere else now.
I bought a set of 4 of these exact same cooper cobra tires 235 70r15 from discount tire 5-6 years ago. out of the 4, 1 was a decent tire. the others had pin hole in the sidewalls. so when parked in a certain position of the tire radius, each tire would leak very slowly. never all at the same time. so after quite some time of re-airing 1 tire up every 2 weeks or so for quite some time I went to see discount tire, I said look these tires are faulty. Manager said "your RIMS are probably leaking" . . (yeah right. never had a problem with THAT in 50 years of tire ownership.) Each time I would take the suspect tire in for a leak check they said "cant find a leak" (HELLO? that's a pinhole in the sidewall.) discount tire never made it right. & No the tread of these tire never got below safety requirements. & never had any road damage. They did find 1 nail 1 time I took 1 in to have checked. they plugged that leak but didn't solve the problem. and endless airing up a different defective tire every 2 weeks for 3 years. plus they were $140. each mounted & balanced. I don't feel at all like I got my moneys worth. Is this the "new normal" in manufacturing & service ? bad on cooper & discount tire. no disrespect to Mr Halle. just relating my experience with this product & discount tire. it wasn't great. I have been dealing with DT for years before and never had this problem.
I thought about doing this the other day. They insist on over torquing my Rockstar wheels on my 2020 RAM 3500 to 130lbs instead of 110lbs. Three studs broke after driving it a year. In 2011 they did the same thing to my 2002 Ram 2500 and the wheel fell off in Filmore, Utah. They had to pay for all new studs to be replaced. I will never go there again!
Had these on a ford edge sport for years. Very durable wheels. I've hit potholes that have destroyed tires, but these wheels are fine. I run mine all winter and the snow does stick inside and cause the whole car to shake. I have to wash the snow out of the rims if I go over 50mph. The finish only looks nice for a while, then dulls. I may paint them one day.
I absolutely love this business. They’ve always been honest, professional and fast. Discount Tires is one of the few companies that truly gives great customer service and not just empty words about service.
I arrived at 3:30. They put my arrival time as 4:47! Took more than 2 hours to get a flat fixed! Never again. They either need more help or more efficient technicians!
Hi dear!!! Hope you are well. You already have a 13.7K subscriber which is a huge number. Your video-making is very good. Your content ideas are excellent. But I am researching your channel and was shocked to see that your every video has lower audience engagement and reach also much lower. If you permit me, I will share some information to increase your channel. Then you get lots of subs, views, and a larger audience reach organically daily. Waiting for your valuable response
You remember this advertisement 1972 1973 it was awesome Turnham flipped that tire into that window that was a great sale for discount tire and they did great with it still maybe shows to this date very awesome, Mike
Working at discount tire was awful. I started working there 3 years before covid, volunteered to work through it (awful decision, should have just taken unemp.) and a little bit after in NV. Started at $10 and ended at $14.25. I quit with a 1 day notice after I found out new guys were being hired at $16/hr when I had been there for 5 years. The manager then told me I couldn't use him as a reference for future employment lol. Horrible place, everyone hates working there, a lot of alcoholism just to list a few. The company motto is "Making dreams come true" because they make it seem like anyone can get one of the few manager positions that actually pay well. It's all bs. The managers get bonuses based on the stores profits but business costs including payroll go against that so the managers are incentivised to keep you broke and begging for OT. DO NOT WORK HERE

Discount tire has lousy customer service and sells junk products I had a miserable experience with them and they said to go on their website and file a complaint which I did, then I get an email saying someone will contact me and no one ever did. I was ripped off plain and simple paid for an inferior product, avoid this place at all costs!!!
If you're replacing all 4 tires, don't buy this certificate for all 4 tires as the odds of more than one tire going bad during their lifetime is nil. Instead, just buy the certificate for one tire, not all 4, and then when/if you need to file a claim for one damaged tire, use that one certificate for whichever tire went out. Otherwise, if you buy all 4 certificates, the cost is almost the same as buying a 5th tire.
