Hi, and thank you. I use 28cm wheel for Syrian's. I use the niteangel wheels as they are the best and well made. But quite expensive. However the Trixie wheels are good too but yoi can't adjust the height like you can with the niteangel ones, but the Trixie ones are more affordable. It all depends on your budget. Oh no !! I remember you getting her. I'm so sorry 😢 I had a hamster once who was 6 months old when he had a sudden swollen tummy which ended up as cancer too. It's awful.
Hi Michelle, would you say the pink and white rose bedding from Small Pet Select is safe? It says natural and unbleached paper bedding with real rose petals in. It doesn't specify it's actually scented?
HI. I have never tried it myself, but the white Pet Select and natural pet select have cause respiratory issues as it is way too dusty. But not sure about the pnk and white one though. 💕
This is a good food. My previous little hamsters all loved it. I agree it's a shame zooplus have stopped doing hamster items as i used to order a lot from them too. However they have now restocked the barney cage which is excellent.

Hi, im an old follower of yours returned! Random question but i have just bought and assembled the bucastate cage and was thinking of getting a female Syrian but I've only ever had a robo and dwarf before and ive heard bad things about Syrians! Hard to please, always trying to escape, smelly etc. What's your experience?
Hi. I would recommend a male Syrian if you really want a Syrian. They are usually chilled out and not as demanding as Female Syrian's. Male Syrian's don't come on heat every three days so don't have that smell. Male Syrian's are a lot easier to tame too and like nothing more than a cuddle. Yes female Syrian's are proper diva"s and always hyper. Female's are chew mad so I wouldn't recommend putting a female Syrian in the Buchastate. Hope this helps? Remember my George? He was a gentle bear and I do want to get more male Syrian's as they are gentle. 😊😊💕
shocking ...so dusty and filled with cheap corn and pellets ..and by your reaction to the smell it must be bad . the plus side to this is you have showed us what a bad hamster food this is and therefore saved us time and money and certainly putting us off this food by your honest review .
Awwww, you're welcome. Yes the smell was like a dirty Rabbit hutch. That is why I love doing these reviews to give people the choice and to make a decision . I feel sorry for any hammy who is given this mix. X
No. It is a bird house with a pull out feeding tray with 3 sections. I just pull the tray out each day and top up with fresh food. The house screws on to my window. 😊😊 I will do a video on it soon. 😊👍

Shocking how much things can cost on Amazon 😮 Pets at home are starting to improve their cages. There's still a way to go as some are still too small but it's very positive ❤❤❤❤
it looks like a great cage at a great price ...i hope you can get hold of these soon. i use the zoozone2 cage for my robo ..pretty similar but has no ridges inside also 100 by 50 cms .

glad to see oakley is on the mend after such a big operation . i love your carriers and i also am colour coded with my hamsters things .how awful to discover plastic shards in the paper bedding ..super dangerous for our hammies and us too , i have used fitch bedding for years but it's quality has gone down hill and the price has shot up for less bedding . your new cages sound great and i look forward to seeing them in future videos . great video by the way so many topics i just had to comment on .please michelle keep this channel alive ...your food reviews have been a godsend to me and others and we love to keep updated with your hamsters and yourself.

Yes I will be doing a full tour and review of the cage and will film Bailey's reaction to it. Yes I do diet videos and just started mixing my own mix, so will be doing that soon too. As for treats I am due to buy a batch of new treats soon so will do a treat haul too. 😊💕

Hello HammyCats!! It’s wonderful to see another new post so soon! I have some thoughts about your channel: First, I think that posting about a variety of things is a great idea. I’m especially interested in the idea of weekly spooky stories as I’m a big believer of the paranormal myself. I would also love to see some cooking videos as you suggested, and I think some tours of your local area (the spooky Addam’s family house, for example) could be really cool too! Mixing up your filming style could also be a good idea… Talking to us face-to-face could allow us fans to get to know you better! I’m looking forward to the future of the HammyCats channel!! 😊
It is great that you are looking for suggestions and a fresh start! I think this channel can get to that next level with some of those ideas you mentioned! I have some suggestions as well! First and foremost, I think a change in filming technique would help with the fresh start aspect. Most other youtubers I watch show their face and facial expressions as they talk and that allows for a more personable approach to the viewers! It can help convey emotion better and help us viewers feel what you are feeling, whether it is happiness, grief, anger, or laughter! Sometimes a video gets stale if we are just watching your hands (although I do love watching your hamsters!) I think a lot of viewers love the ghost stories as well. Taking us on tours around your area and showing us spooky areas would be fun! But also, we all are here for the pets and hamster material, so keep I would keep it a healthy balance. Linking a Facebook page would good, and the cooking sounds interesting too! Hope all that helps! I have been a longtime HammyCats fan!
