Thank you for the informative analysis. I would like to correct a misunderstanding about the valuation of Anadolu Efes (AB InBev Efes BV) Russian operations. When I asked Anadolu Efes investor relations, they said that the valuation of 1.3 billion USD is for 100% of the Russian operations. However, they also said that this valuation is only symbolic in the application to the Russian authorities. So, this may not be a true indicator of AB InBev Efes BV's value. In fact, I think it is more valuable. When you consider the global peer valuation or the market value per mhl production capacity of Turkish Tuborg, I think this is a really valuable asset. AB InBev BV is the market leader in the 5th largest beer consuming country (total consumption, not per capita).
Bitcoin is much different than gold! Yes, it’s a commodity but it’s also on the Blockchain, which can counteract the threat that AI is going to bring to society through validation and authenticity
Your analyses are instructive and beyond satisfactory. What are your thoughts on the company's latest decision to increase authorized share capital? A potential stock split, or an omen for dilution? Having watched your videos, I think dilution will be out of the question for the foreseeable future. I nonetheless wanted to get your most recent opinion. Many thanks in advance.

Well when you are working with limited funds you are wise to buy a great company that happens to be at a discount because you want the biggest bang for your buck. The key is the quality of the company not just that its cheap. I just sold a bunch of shares of a company I bought 3 years ago just because it was cheap. I didn't understan it well enough. I did buy something else with the capital that looks like a great company and at a big diacount.
Hi brother i am from india now i have interest in turkish listed companies so can you tell me or suggest me any website where i can do financial analysis of a company.
Use companies investor relations page and KAP pages for the companies. Some companies don't release english reports but after downloading the Turkish reports you can use Google Translate to translate the PDFs. That is the best way in my opinion :)
Hello, thank you very much for this valuable analysis and content. I have also been an investor of the company for years. I'm sure the company will become much more valuable in the long run. I also think that the company can distribute dividends to its partners after the investment expenditures are completed... I am following, thank you for your efforts. enjoy your work.🙏

Thanks for the great video, Eventhough the net income has increased, both companies are facing volume pressure and revenue pressure, what is your expected revenue growth rate in USD terms for 2024.

Thanks for your stock coverage!! How to buy reysas from Europe? I couldn’t via degiro or IBKR shall I open account with a Turkish broker, if so what could be the safest, any suggestions..
Thank you so much for your comment and interest! If you're having trouble purchasing through Degiro or IBKR from Europe, another platform you might want to consider is Exante. Exante has a broad range of accessible markets, including some that may not be as easily accessible through other brokers. Alternatively, opening an account with a Turkish broker could be a viable option if you have the means to do so. While I can't recommend a specific broker as the "safest," it's crucial to look for one that is well-regulated and has a strong reputation. Conducting thorough research and considering reviews from other investors can help guide you to a reliable choice. As Mohnish Pabrai said "The Turkish market is where India was in the 90s...". Probably "the cheapest market on the planet right now". Interested to see what the next 10-15 years bring for RYSAS! Thanks for your analysis and the effort you put in :)
First of all thank you for all your good contents i learned lots of things from your videos but i have one thing to criticize to you that is your speaking so fast or you speeded up your voice please reduce the speed.
Thank you, I'll manually add subtitles for this video to make it easier to follow. I normally speak slowe so I adjust the speed at around 1.1x and will lower it a bit in the future
I hope I can get it ready in a month. About the price I am yet to make a final decision but it won't be as much as what Fidelity charges for Turkish trades I can say that :)
@@phrime5627 That's awesome man, also sorry I didn't check your name because I remembered that I should probably answer all of those who asked on youtube so I was just going through comments without looking at the names :D
@@joezawinulreviewsandreacti2509 i know that. The question was why not include reysas in his wagon funds too (available on Interactive brokers for example), where he included Tav, Efes, Coca Cola Icecek

Thank you for the compliment and for tuning in. I'll be covering that but Reysaş has only gave out the financials yet, still waiting for the annual report since it's much better suited for a video format. I'm also excited to announce that "Lunch Investing" is expanding to Patreon, where I'll be exploring Turkish investments with greater depth. This will be available in both video and written formats for a richer, more comprehensive dive. So keep an eye on my channel and Patreon for updates :) But FYI I'll still be covering Reysaş, TAV etc. irregularly on the channel too :)
