This has inspired a moment with my first character. You know, when I finally get to play. My drider ranger is a very sweet guy but has lots of mental health problems. I imagine him getting sad drunk and then explaining the time he killed a man for his blood and how much he regrets it
I kinda love how this is a jab at Percy, he unintentionally let Scanlan leave with an earring and now his mistake comes to bite him the behind, but its all behind the curtain. If he had taken the earring he wouldn't have looked half as bad as a person, its technically his, and an item of VM as a group for coordination.
You sure you want to know? The context in this case will almost certainly be the cliffhanger ending of Season 3 of the animated series. They've already set it up in Season 2, if you know what to look for. It was a major plot point of the original campaign, and the animated series has been following pretty much all of the same points.
There's nothing like a raging barbarian charging across the battlefield grabbing a glass bottle and slamming it into someone's face to restore hit points.
I love how the moment she says "Scanlan?" everyone immediately breaks but Taliesin and then after a few seconds he and Marisha make eye contact and he just looks so sad and betrayed lol. And Sam looks like he's about to burst into tears while Laura and Liam are losing their minds and Travis just collapses both in and out of character. The power each of these humans hold to make everyone around them and watching them just cry is scary lmao Also I really wanna know what Taliesin said to Marisha that made them both actually cry lol like how did Taliesin make that more angsty than it already was??
Gosh, the personal offended look on Tals face and how Liam has in instant melt down..... Pike sure as hell twisted the knife there effortlessly, I hope Sam feels at least half as bad as I
Ashley as a sad drunk broke EVERYONE. Let that sink in people. This woman can break the hearts of all 7 of her best friends on a whim. Everlight bless you, Ashley Johnson
Me 99.999999999999999999999999999999% of the time: “fuck dude shipping is so cringe. Honestly it’s so fucking dumb and toxic and it gives the seres a bad name, I wish people would not be such weird little para-social gremlins” Me watching Travis and Laura: “OMG! OMG! OMG! There such a Couple! Fuck I can’t wait for there inevitable wedding and 37 children!!!”
in a previous episode scanlan (sam riegel) had an argument with the party and he left to be with his daughter. before this, pike had said that he missed scanlan and that sometimes late at night she would talk to him even though he couldn't hear
Basically Scanlan got pissed at the group and devised to leave for a bit. Nobody from VM had heard from him. Sam was playing Taryon Darrington at this time while Scanlan was on hiatus
Campaign 3 starts next week, which I'm sure we're all excited for. Campaign 2 was good, not as good as 1 my opinion, but I know most people loved it. But, good god damn man, pretty much everything about campaign 1 was perfection, at least after Orion was gone. But even his chaotic bumbling was fun most of the time. Everything in campaign 1 felt so natural. The relationships, the friendships, the love, the pranks, the story, the trust, the distrust, the happiness, the sadness, the anger. It all just felt more natural than in campaign 2. Obviously it's just my opinion. Different strokes for different folks ya know? If you disagree at least do it respectfully. Let's keep the critter community the best god damn community on the planet, agreed?
So I'm at episode 51 rn and I have no idea what's going on in this scene and I'm already super heartbroken, so I can't wait to actually finally reach this moment and understand and have my heart break even more.
