I designed a roof lifting system for my cuatomer and I used the La 37 linear actuator. I contacted about 15 people including the web technical support. But I cannot get any feedback from them. I awant to order the controllers etc.Can somebody tell me who to contact so I can get the details I need to give the supplier

Hello, i have a doubt. Does that actuator use quadrature sensing for detecting direction of displacement? I've checked some datasheets and manual but sensors (output signal) like optical encoder and reed are especified as singular.
