Here are some plot lines • Madotsuki isn't corrupted, She is dead. The corruption found her dead body on the street and took it as a host. This implied with the blood gushing on her head • Poniko ran into the door that leads to the block world to rest. • Monoe got killed by Monoko's third hand that snapped her neck before she got corrupted and the last thing saw before dying was Madotsuki grinning at her it was a hallucination.
