The sweet spot was before 1988 when i bought my villa and it has never stopped but the build quality is about the same, the older villas have roof tiles that a good hailsorm will break

If you look at where the entrance is and see the elephant head my villa is at the bottom BUT......l have a pool, this place does not, the bird "cannot wait" BUT......she had too..

Pretty nice home but definitely not spectacular. Lacking a good sea view it’s overpriced by at least 150k€.

I don’t understand why the first main bedroom was the master and then the upper floor open bathroom one was called a secondary master? I thought looking at the massive difference in space and pure luxury the open bathroom uppermost bedroom should be referred to as the master suite!just my opinion, beautiful house though. My only downside was that it is in such a crowded built up area and homes behind are overlooking the property and for the mega money I’m forking out I want privacy personally. But fantastic house! ❤
