We have a saying that goes something like You need to do it twice to make sure it was more than luck the first time.

Why does there have to be a norwegian officer present? If you ever need a norwegian ex private then i am willing to step in if needed :)

@@michaelunknown1179 oh... so the soldiers (and if any civilians) who complete the march actually get the norwegian decoration? In that case it makes sense

@@Borrelaas yeah so all who participate and meet the Norwegians standard will get the decoration. Whoever only military personnel are authorized to participate.

@@michaelunknown1179 Yeah the regulations actually dont restrict civillians from participating and earning the mark, i guess it doesnt happen that often though
