Hi, welcome to my channel, Mission For Fishing. My name is David and I upload fishing videos. I fish for anything that swims, so join me in my adventures to become a better angler. Thanks for watching!
Awesome Job Guys! I just bought a project boat and would like to know where you guys bought that light switch Bar? All the lighting? The Hinges for compartments? Did you brush the paint on the whole boat ? Where did you pick up Carpet? What brand of glue did you use? It looks like you also stapled Carpet as well as glue, is that Correct? Front Bow lights? Blue lights ? Small interior white lights, can you say where you got all these supplies? Did you use 5/8” or 1/2”plywood? What did you water proof plywood with? Thanks in advance!! And again Great Job👊🏻👊🏻
Great job!! I was just looking for ideas to paint and redo the seats on a boat I have like this one, but now I’m thinking about doing something similar.
I have a 1966(?) F-7 Alumacraft 14ft very similar to that one. I completely customized it with subfloor, upper deck, live well, hatches, led lights etc... These are solid boats.
Amazing boat! you guys crushed it! I just saw a video worrying me a little about making sure I put enough sea foam in the boat if I add wood. How safe and secure would you say your boat feels after having it for awhile? I feel like if the weight doesn't exceed the boats weight capacity your fine right? Everyone I see making these boats seem to be doing fine with very minimal foam and doing fine with the pink foam sheeting under floor boards.
I know this is an old video but if you're adding tubing to a crate like that, use a bottom cross piece. I.e. make it like a letter E turned sideways. It would have given it a LOT more strength/stability. The tubing would have done all the support and the zip ties simply would be needed to hold it against the create.
Can’t say I have. Usually if its a true deep v all the way back it’ll ride smooth on plane calm or in chop, but they’re less stable and like to roll more from side to side. Hull design is a trade off, all depends on what you’re doing/looking for.
@MissionForFishing lake fishing. Found an old Sears boat 14 feet with 4 seating sections. Look real good. Like no dents or bends. I had a duroboat what I did was put a flat floor in it to keep it from being unstable when moving around.
Dude I just came across you looking for ideas to revamp my boat and I saw this vid and the one of you guys fixing your friends and man you give me some serious inspiration. Keep it up bro!
Theres an incredible amount of. Measuring. Cutting fitting. Wiring. ...you name it. You gotta do it for it to come out rite. It takes. Time. . Patience. Plenty of patience. Time. & Work. Funds. Some know how. & figure stuff out as you go type thing. But yu stay at it. Imagination never hurts a thing ...& a fellow usually has a vision in your head. Hiow. yu kinda want. it to look.
Nice job. Ive found that if you put a couple coats of fiberglass resin on your plywood before carpet or paint it econes a lot more resistant to moisture.
Nice fishing video guys, loved it 👍!!! Great attitude, I'm sure you will become very popular fishing blogger 💯! Keep them videos coming! Got here new subscriber fisherman from Kazakhstan 😉🖐
Well done. Nice video. Where's your ice cleats? Much safer walking around on the ice, especially when you're out there by yourself. Less likely to slip and hit your head.
