God would side with the Palestinians. God made a covenant with Abraham to give that land to those who were of Abraham's seed. See Genesis 24:7. Not one of the Jewish people living there is his descendant. According to the Torah and the Talmud, the Jews are still in exile and God made it clear that terrible things would happen to them if they tried to claim any portion of that land. In order to be an Israelite, a person MUST be descended from Jacob (aka Israel), through his grandfather, Abraham. Not one Jewish person living there qualifies. In order to be of Semitic origin, a person MUST be descended from Shem, the root word for "Semitic". Again, not one single Jewish person living there is his descendant. In a book by the Jewish scholar, Schomo Sand, How and When Were the Jewish People Invented, he supplies DNA evidence that makes it clear that today's Palestinians are the true Israelites. Since the Palestinians are not Jewish, they are not in exile and, can have that land, according to the Jewish God.
