Cop was being cool? He held the mans hands and smashed his face on the floor. What RAS of what crime was the victim accused of? None, so the arrest was illegal.
@binnieb173 he was being removed from a private business by request of the owner. Dude was out of his mind on whatever and he put himself in that situation. I hate a tyrant as much as any American should but that cop didn't intentionally hurt that dude
