That 2015 Insidious maze is still my second favorite of all time. It was SO good and SO scary! I’m hoping they can catch the energy of the first two Insidious mazes because they were both great.
Ok so I have to be the negative Nancy. But seriously, no one asked for this house. And this is the 4th time HHN is doing this house. 2013 - Into the Further. 2015 - Return to the Further. 2017 - Beyond the Further. And now 2024 - The Further. Guess they didn't wanna use Further than the Further. Coming off an Amazing 2023 HHN Season, I really thought Universal was looking to up their game this year. But this is playing it safe because it's a Blumhouse property so it's easy to get the rights...yet again. Now we can't say for sure but judging by the Spec Maps that have come out, this seems like a replacement for what would have been Nightmare on Elm St. Which would have put the hype levels at an all time high. But no, we get a 4th version of a meh franchise. But I'll say this...at least this one is horror (Frozen Empire). It may sound like I'm hating on this but I'm really not. I would like this to be amazing but we all know how the house was in 2017. We still have 3 houses left to announce plus the Terror Tram (although it's not looking good for that this year) so there is a possibility we could still get a Massive house IP announcement. But at this point, that just hoping against hope.
@@JuanRamirez-ii2rv depends what your priorities are as far as panels go, every thing else you’re prob going to have the same amount of crowds regardless of what day you go, however note that friday is only open for a few hours
I've been going since 2017. Last year I got there an hour in a half before for the HHN panel and the line well hella long just for gold bat. It passed the cat lounge & already looped around to the other side. I remember talking to the white bat attendant & they didn't even know if ga was gonna get it. So I passed on it since my sister & mom weren't gold bat holders like myself. So I would expect maybe to get there even earlier (if they allow it)
I really enjoy the way you do break downs. With the topic being a bit folk horror the question comes to mind have you had any experiences of your own with spooky stuff?
Another IP house listed on the Six Flags website is "DC DCeased." That was a comic book series that had a zombie-like plague run through the DC universe. It was very dark storyline. Marvel Zombies was an earlier series with a similar premise.
I think fright fest deserves more recognition because six flags can put together a good horror night event maybe not as elaborate as hhn but still good quality entertainment and also universal studios is a bigger park vs six flags being a bit smaller. So with that being said you have to remember that and also that six flags is mainly a entire outdoor park not a whole lot of sound stages so fright fest extreme let’s see what you got 😊
