Welcome Australia! Thanks for watching and subscribing! You apply the epoxy by hand. I also use a little spreader. I will add a link for you. The machine is a cup spinner you can purchase from Amazon
I usually mix 15ml of part A and part B. That makes 30ml. That 30ml is used for the 1st application to the tumbler and the remaining is separated for the different colors of mica/alcohol color mixing. Mica goes a long way so it will depend on how much of that color you want to use. I tip is a stir stick is usually enough. Hope this helps. Be sure to watch my other videos for better explanation🙂
