I’m looking for glasses that I can wear for snowmobiling. I’ve been wearing contacts but hate carrying cheaters to see up close. Have tried numerous bifocals contacts but no luck. So I’m thinking about glasses. Most new modular helmets have spots for glasses like Ckx mission plus Modular’s are nicer to wear for ease of talking or trail side stop. I like goggle set up but would need to find glasses that fit into goggles. I’ve seen the inserts that go into goggles but don’t wanna half to carry separate glasses along with having them. Any suggestions would be welcome for both style of helmets I use.
hello, i am looking for information on how to change the lenses of the LS Rec-Specs Maxx Air model. does this keep the same method as the previous one?. my concern is: does it use the same retention system as the SLAM patriot? do you have a guide or document?
@@xPoncake hey im sure this is kinda late, but there is something called anti fog lenses (which i dont have but if you have the money it helps), but the main thing i use is ANTI FOG SPRAY! IT IS AMAZING! Whenever i play any sport like lacrosse or basketball, i would spray my goggles with the anti fog spray and it cleans it and coats it. I can play for like 2 hours without any fog. Hope that helped
Great products. Suggestion: when the eyewear nose piece is placed on top of the mask, the lens will not fog up. It's all about wearing the correct size of mask and wearing the mask properly. Wear the mask higher up on the face.
Hi... My son have Rec Specs Maxx. Liberty Sports not sure the name paper have MX-30...... Velocity. The stem behind the ear look different but could this brand be used with a football helmet adding the cap?! Please?!
Hi, are you using the skull cap? This helps keep them secure when putting on the helmet. Another thought is the goggles strap could be set too large. Let me know if these help, good luck and play safe!
Hi Does Rec specs sell the frame fitted with the lenses? I am interested in the Velocity model with a photochromatic lenses non -prescription. The site however doesnt specify what Transition is. Would it be photochromatic from the Transitions company ? What model (Xtractive, drivewear, etc..? I will be using it for everything mainly as I like the sturdiness of the frame. I appreciate your help thanks
They might because I know recs specs can be used for all sports and other out door activities. And you want a pare for driving I recommend getting the Rec specs maxx.
Which frames was the male doctor wearing? Went to pick out a pair today and couldn't figure out which pair were the same. I'm in public safety and these seem to be exactly what I need.
I literally cannot get more volume out of this device so unless you’re in a soundproof room when watching this, good luck hearing him. You really need to invest in a mic!
I bought my son sports goggles for under his football helmet. He has an issue with the helmet pushing his goggles down over the bridge of his nose causing pain. Is there a way to adjust a helmet to make it fit better? Because other than tightness to the head, there is no way to adjust the goggles.
I see this comment is years ago but I’m thinking at that point the helmet was too big for him and pushing down too much on the glasses. Some of the helmets are inflatable to raise them and they have to be a certain distance above the eyes to ensure the proper fitting. Check Riddell’s website.
My son has these, but unfortunately they constantly fog up so much he can't see. The various methods of trying to defog don't always work (wipes, saliva, etc.). Anyone else have this problem and found a way to stop it from happening?
