Are you a ski guide? Group of 71 people going to Courmayuer in late Jan 2025 Looking for a ski guide for group of 20 to 30 people Have you used the Courmayeur to Chamonix coach bus ski shuttle? Does it work well?
Good. Last year we were there in March, hardly any queues. My daughter was there in January this year. No queues. But this February, my son was there. And he said there were more people and quite a few more queues.
Yes, skiing is unfortunately expensive. But compared to Switzerland, Austria and France, Livigno and Italy is less expensive the other ski resorts and countries are💚🤍❤️
Hello. Planning to go there this winter. Can you say please where in Via Lattea there is the best beginners slopes? In your video I can see some very open and not too step slopes. If you could please relate then to the station (Sestriere, etc.) it would be great. Thanks a lot and great video!
Beginners will find easy slopes near the base and practice lifts at Sestriere ski resort. But also in Montgenèvre, there are excellent areas for beginners at the base areas directly at the villages. The connections of Monti della Luna to Clavière and Montgenèvre are also very manageable for beginners. Wish you a great trip.
@@rainmaker3700 Mürren has the steepest run from the top of Piz Gloria/Schilthorn. But the downhill run, Lauberhorn, in Wengen is also fantastic. Grindelwald is beautiful but it has the most easy run. You can do all 3 resorts in 3-4 days. Enjoy👍😉
I've been skiing there for the last 19 years and I just love Livigno! The people are friendly, the food is great, and the cost is very reasonable for us South Africans!! Great video - thank you!
@@MrBoed I thank you for a great video of a great place! You guys are such good skiers - maybe one day I'll be as good as you!! 👍😁😉 I will be back in Livigno in January 2024!! Can't wait! Ciao 🙏
I have been to livigno for the past 8 years. I always wondering why are Southwest african People coming to livigno? Because the People have to Come by plane and livigno is far away from the most airport.
@@johnubachs2493 in South Africa we don't have many places to ski as we have very little snow. We can only ski in Lesotho, a small country within S Africa, which offers very limited skiing (only a 1 km slope), so we choose to go overseas to do our snow skiing. Livigno is cheaper than Austria or Switzerland so it's become quite a popular destination for us S.Africans. We usually fly directly from Johannesburg to Zurich, and then take a bus or a train to Livigno (usually a 4 hour trip). The Italian people are also very friendly and warm, so we love going there! Wishing you many more happy ski trips to Livigno! Ciao!
The water is very cold divers preparing to jump usually pour ice cold water all over themselves so the body can adjust temp wise and not become panicked once in the water and hitting the water at wrong angle can seriously hurt you similar damage to falling onto concrete there is a technique you need to follow people have died attempting it mainly by knocking themselves out and drownings that’s why they have people on the shore and on boats
Looks amazing. Really want to try this mountain, instead of throwing away cash at Mammoth this year. How many long Green/blue runs like this one? I Have a beginner in the group this year, but several good skiers/boarders as well
