India has become a terrible state too. Up until now for most part of last 77 years we were classified as a flawed democracy, it hurts me to say this year we were classified as an electoral autocracy. We have come a long way, down.
u don’t care about voting or democracy? Which means u don’t want to have a say in who forms the government and who makes laws and policies that will directly affect you? Also with democracy comes freedom and liberty, so ur saying u don’t care if you get democracy or liberty?
"Reckless and unclean". Ya know... I don't think that fits him at all. He's taking calculated risks, and is always trying to mitigate the risks. You can then see whether he's successful at that or not. But I think his aggressive risk taking is masking the subtleties in his fighting, which needed better opponents to bring out or encourage him to seek. This seems to go to the heart of his mission as a martial artist. It isn't hubris and bravery, he's constantly trying to work out and master how to still take every risk, but not get surprised or out struck. And you can see it in his fights... for every hit he takes, he's avoided at least double. He relies a lot on timing, a lot on responding to what his opponent is doing, whilst it appears he's just being recklessly aggressive and intent on striking them only. It's interesting to see the trouble Pereira had hitting him until he didn't. Jiri was an elusive target, and Pereira, as we know, is agile and excellent at reading opponents. Jiri feinted him beautifully. So when you hear Jiri talking about mastery and improving, etc.. it's there to be seen what he means, what he is working on. He's already doing really complex work. The issue is, is it time to simplify it? Alex just had to hang in there and wait. LHW aren't the fastest, but they are agile and Jiri is extremely lithe. Those boys look good in that octagon.
I feel like his fight against Pereira proves my point better than any of his other catalogued fights. He was moving wildly and overswinging quite often. Again, that's not saying he sucks or he doesn't have good fundamentals, it's just that Pereira is so sound and clean in everything (from his footwork to simply how he throws his cross without turning his wrist) that it's hard to beat somebody like that by being in their face constantly. And, just to be clear, I expect the rematch to be MUCH more competitive.
@@exfish404 Well, this is interesting. I think his fight against Pereira showed his ability to get fist to face on someone who is fast, balanced, powerful. Look at how many times Alex swings and misses, and that was the opening for Jiri to get those hits on him. The leg kicks do a lot of his work, especially early when they are feeling their way. Jiri was hard for him to read. Look at the missed jabs. And Alex got his knockdown because Jiri hadn't feinted him, he went in and Alex is standing there with two hands just waiting to do something with them. Alex against Adesanya. Bottom line is, guys who use power, they'll get the overswing. It's not swinging wildly, they just didn't get the distance right or the other guy moved. But that's what the leg kicks do. They create an urgency in their opponent, that they can't stand around getting kicked, they have to TD or get the wobble. Alex put that pressure on Jiri, but then, Jiri has the attitude that a masterful fighter gets the early finish. He probably wants to ditch that attitude, because some guys you just have to take more care with (but he deserves total admiration for understanding that we want dynamic fighters, we want risk takers, we want daring, we want swashbuckling), the key is not taking too much damage just because the fight goes past the 2nd round. The rematch is exciting because we know Jiri knows his mistakes, curious if Alex wants to go for the early finish and takes more risks... if Jiri avoids TDs - Alex makes them very hard work - or actually goes down that path. He got the best TD on Alex than anyone... pity it was after it was deemed he was unconscious and the fight had to be stopped. Alex was in an awkward position and looked like he needed a map for directions. To find out Jiri had been unwell - which may have contributed to the TD being exhausting - was a bugger, because the possibility is there that he never needed to learn anything to beat Alex, it was all there, just dulled. But rematch going to be fine.
Can you make a video where he lets himself get hit on purpose to get "his inner demon out" He did it alot in the past. Not so much now in the ufc, but those times were crazy. He wanted to get hit to become more angry. I have seen soms fights but cant remember witch ones they were. Peace
@@exfish404 you’re still posting something that is telling people to mix hazardous materials from what I remember even if it’s not a drug making tutorial 💀🤡 ….dude really?
