Very interesting… my question is : If I remember it correctly, the filter is side way, if you pull it out, it will drop some oils under the panel, how do u prevent that from happening… ?
It could be your throttle cable sticking. I have ‘96 hijet that just had that issue and it’s an easy fix. The idle could be set too high as well. Hard to tell from such a short video.
There are slots moulded in for them. I cut them to fit the notches moulded in and then held them in place at the outer edges with screws from the top, down thru the wood into the shelving notch. Hope that makes sense. The shed owners manual shows how to do this and has a template for cutting the shelving.
