what type of paint brush did you use for painting the posts? i always mess up or the brushes are so flimsy i get paint everywhere

I did one in I think the same color. It came out perfect then went and taped for a 2 tone paint and when I removed the tape it left a residue and really messed the shine up on the paint.. tried automotive goo gone and tried ceramic polishing but still nothing like it was. But at least I learned and will have it dialed next time
