Im so confused. Can anyone tell me my dz shape i play on ps5( console) and use a ps4 controller. I see most pros use cross and im concerned i cant get that dz myself
Hey Maktuf! I've been playing for more than 4-5k hrs on this game. What I discovered is that there are plenty hidden things on pc at least in terms of settings. Like did you know that there is a defaultInput.ini file that have some deadzone settings that you can modify just outside of the game? (like there is a default controller deadzone set to 0.3, if you lower it, it does feel more sensible) Also steam does apply a base deadzone on all controllers. If you go to options-controller settings you have the slider to set it up from 2000 to 20.000 i think. Have you ever touched it? Because ps5 controllers have it default on 10.000. This settings does change a lot the feeling of the stick. Any thoughts about this?
As a freestyler i really enjoyed this, when you’re practicing a mechanic you’ll find yourself doing the same as the director telling you to do, but sometimes the mechanic you’re trying to do won’t work cuz of a really small mistakes you may do, like you tilting your car a bit forward or not cancelling the jump faster, things the creator won’t tell you about, this video is different, every small mistake i was doing i learnt how to correct it and some of them i didn’t know they were mistakes even, turned out they are, and in all of a sudden i hit my first triple Jakze reset yasterday like it was a piece of cake, i really appreciate the content you’re making keep it up🙏🏻
@@cashdota2strim132 did you switch already to square deadzone? did you download the joystick self check on my square deadzone tutorial to make sure you habe square desdzone? you can also watch my deadzones and sens video (the 10 aerial sens part) if you are on console. 😄
finally someone explaining all the aspects to learn and not just do this and that you actually learn how to perform something it's huge when i play you in slomo to see how you use the controlls on the right side ^^ love the vids ma friend <3
So i have a question, I own 2 accounts both on the same steam just the difference is one is steam and one is epic through steam. The sensitivities are the same on both. But on one i cant yaw after flip canceling. (on the epic account) Why is that and how would i fix it?
probably because square deadzone isnt working on one. Happens a lot with Epic ran through steam. Make sure you use bakkesmod Joystick selfcheck plugin to see if you have square deadzone or not on both :D Also make sure you completely close epic games and everything related to it before clicking PLAY on steam to run Epic. Watch my square deadzone tutorial
@@dq1d25 yes! a lot of kbm players struggle with input efficiency because of W and S being drive and reverse. You could still be as good as any other player with other bindings but I think its really hard to tho. Try out trigger bindings for a month even if its really hard. If you see progress, then change to those binds. 🙌
And i know having both air rolls and a default air roll binded is pretty much useless and im perfectly fine getting rid of the air roll right since im using left and normal air roll for 95% of the time
@@rafaplays7418 I explain a bit of that in both my flip cancels tutorial and my deadzones and sensitivities tutorial 😄😄 But its basically because they are already really freaking good with diagonal flips and dont need what square deadzone gives you which is better frontflip and backflip cancels.
@@Maktuf oooh, so it's better for people that are still learning much new stuff mechanicly. Thanks a lot man! (Btw, your Flip Cancel Video is so good I instantly wanted to hit subscribe when I saw it, looking forward to your future content🤩)
Hey maktuf, thanks for the vid. I've been pretty consistent with my flip cancels for about a year, but the one thing I've never been able to do, is to understand how to cancel my flip when trying the "thing 2". If you could make a vid on it, it would be really helpful. Have a good day!
This is helpful, but if you could mirror the controller movements on screen to try and match what is happening and break it down step-by-step with controller visuals, that would be stupid strong. We could try and copy and it would incentivise replays. Honestly too much work, though. Thanks for this. 🎉🎉🎉
