Thank you 🙏 for sharing. Thank you K-9 officers and officers for all you do for our communities. It may not seem like it sometimes. But all police officers and k-9 officers are appreciated, respected and loved by our communities.🙏🇺🇸❤
It’s amazing how these canines can protect us and save us from bad bad people. Good job to all officers which includes their canine partners. Keep up the GOOD work and be safe!
You've got to be kidding, right? The bad people are the cops themselves. You are clearly very ignorant of what really goes on with those poor animals. The dogs bite thousands of innocent Americans each year, including innocent bystanders, police officers, even their own handlers. According to the humane society, the most common victims of abuse are dogs. And police dogs are no exception. A report released by the State Department's Office of Inspector General, found that at least 100 American bomb-sniffing dogs have been starved and abused. Choking, punching, and slamming a trusting dog and then calling it “training” is akin to beating a child and calling it “discipline" neither is excusable! Watch how this Salisbury, North Carolina, police officer was caught on video lifting and hanging his police dog named Zuul. Slamming him against the side of a vehicle, and then punching him with force. All while other officers watched, chuckled, and did nothing to help the dog. 🤬🤬🤬 x.com/peta/status/1367658605336526848?s=20
The leash is generall for safety of the dog and so that the handler can keep track of the dog. Police dogs are trained to stay with their handlers but when on duty they keep the leash on so if they need to pull the dog back if it's in danger.
