Thanks for the clarity of your post as always. I have a model of the wireless NVR which is Wnvr2008-B1 with 8 wireless ip cams of model: HCN-H23X6. The issue is two of the ip cams are out of the NVR's Wi-Fi range & neither the NVR nor the ip cam have a repeater feature. I intend to exerted the NVR Wi-Fi signal with my Tp-link TL-MR3240 router but the issue is how do I configure this to work! Three NVR has two different ip addresses: a. Basic: Network: static ip, ip address: 192.168.0.xxx, subnet: 255:255:255:0 gateway: 192.168.0.1 b. Network status: ip status: 172.20.18.xx, gateway status: 172.20.18.1, DNS1: 172.20.18.1 My question is which of these ip's do I configure the router to so as to be able to extend the NVR Wi-Fi to the two distant cameras. The ip cams "ip address" are within 172.20.18.xxx range. Thank you

Hi. I am looking for a solution to use a IP digital camera to an analog switch box to broadcast the video image to 2 tvs and large LED banner we have outside. We have a muli floor nightclub and currently have several DVRs in the building. We use 1 dvr for cctv visual video to the ticket counters and the LED outside, using a switch box so we can select 1 to 8 channels to broadcast the busy floors and crowd images to the 2 tvs and LED. We recently bought to NVR units and IP cameras and would like to use these for the same purpose. Will this converter work? If mot, is there something you could suggest that would work? Hallo, interessant wäre es malzu sehen wie ihr die Kabel verlegt von den Kameras. Ich habe im Video nicht ein Kabel gesehen. Schraubt ihr zusätzliche Abzweigdosen and die Wand oder woher kommt der Strom?

In our video “What is the Blooming effect in CCD chips?” we describe one significant disadvantage of CCD sensors, the so-called blooming effect: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--DoTgQbALU0T.htmlhis is where, in strong light exposure, the excess charge is emitted from a pixel to those surrounding it, creating overexposed picture areas. This is one reason why we use CMOS sensors in our cameras.
CMOS has its own problems as well, namely that of the rolling shutter. One gives you spatial distortion, and another gives you temporal distortion. You have to decide for yourself which you'd rather not have.
CCD has a big sensitive to a high temperature,so due to the fact of that, you need to take care to expose the camera to the sun, so It´s used as cameras in telescopes,more quality although more slow. And CMOS,faster, can expose to the sun and high temperatures but have less quality,cheaper and very easy to implement
as a camera man, i use 1080i video resolution it can acquire high quality of picture but cannot i use in fast moving object that can create a blur or u can notice the interlacing effect when your record it. 702p is better picture in recording or taking vids in fast moving object or a sports operation but the details and quality of pictures is decrease because the resolution is lower.
Generally speaking, CCD sensors were seen to be better, unless their use in expensive, high end cameras by premier companies was just belligerence. CMOS sensors were cheaper, and that's where the issue lays. The difference in speed is academic with contemporary technology being so fast. Cost is paramount. CMOS sensors are cheap and require less processing capacity, and that is where their popularity, preference and future development is determined.
