Well I have Dynamic Animations On my Global Resources Pack... And I hope that Action & Stuff is similar (I don't know much about texture packs or shaders... I'm not really deep into it... But I open if it's looks interesting for myself)
It seems that they have a new strategy for marketing paid animation resources, and it is likely that they are now working on the latest one and it will be different from the free version that has not yet been optimized
