Really pretty Kelly! You do such great work with all your layouts but it is amazing what you do with the small elements from card kits Thanks for sharing!
I absolutely love your pages! It amazes me the way you use all the papers, shapes and embellishments! I get so inspired each time I watch your videos or see your posts. Thank you!
@@VCcoffee68 I understand what you’re saying! I can get in that mode too, but the most important thing is that your memories get down on the pages and that you feel comfortable expressing yourself! It’s about finding the joy in it too❤️❤️ thank you for sharing
I was a maker for 17 years before they closed and I felt the same with the closing announcement. I WAS DEVASTATED! I felt like my creative life was over. 5 months later…we are all still alive?😂 I love your style! Thanks for sharing all that you do!
How can crafting supplies be so scary? And stressful. That seems very strange to me. Paper is paper. Sticking paper and photos together shouldn’t be a scary life experience
@@nicoleflath9441 the paper isn’t scary at all. The change in our lives was scary. Many people had CTMH as their primary business for 30+ years and it was devastating when they closed. It was very special to many people. So the paper itself was not scary the change and everything being new was scary
@@nicoleflath9441 in addition to the change being very scary, I personally have built a large business with close to my heart and was in the process of building a 5000 square-foot retreat center when they announced the closure. It’s very scary to know if you’re going to be able to make it in the new business when you know nothing about it. Hopefully that gives you a little more perspective.❤️
I was lucky enough to stumble upon Kelly. If you are looking for a community to be part of and/ or a stampin up demonstrator, this is where you want to be! Kelly is one absolutely amazing lady and artist. Best decision I made was to join one of Kelly’s clubs. If I were not dealing with health issues, I would LOVE to be on her snapshots team. Kelly, THANK YOU for being such a blessing in my life and the lives of so many! Thank you for sharing your story. ❤
Seriously that’s just the kindest thing! I wasn’t fishing for compliments, but you sure have given me the ultimate one! Thank you so very much Charm. You’re the best.
Absolutely a beautiful criss cross card, it would be interesting to put on a scrapbook page and put a journal piece inside Keep up the amazing ideas you share as you give us so much encouragement ❤
You are an amazing creator. I love that you share your talents with us. I am not impressed with stamping up scrapbooking kits. They still have a lot more work to do. I have not bought any of there kits yet. No comparison to Close to my heart kits.
I definitely understand the differences and that you have to have a bit of a vision. I can definitely see the progression of the first one to the last one. If you look at the initial kit, and then you get all the way to the fall, autumn kit, you can see a huge difference in The construction! However, if you really dig into them, there’s so many gems inside and I’m so excited to get my hands on them to show everyone the amazing potential.❤️ I so appreciate your honesty and I also understand it! But I am on a mission to make a believer out of you so stay tuned😂😂
You are blessed with incredible talent. Thank you for sharing your amazing examples. I am a hobbyist demonstrator. I have no up-line. Are you getting together with your group online or using a facility? I really miss the weekend getaway crops from years ago. They were such stress busters. Keep on creating. I am really inspired by you. ❤
Thank you so much for your kindness! I get together with my team for virtual meetings twice a month and we do a virtual crop night whenever there’s an extra Wednesday in the month so it isn’t in person right now but we have a lot of contact with each other through video and live online activities. And I agree, getting together and the creating portion both together and separately is a big stress reliever for me too, so I can relate! And I’m so glad you’re inspired and you’re hanging out with me.
Thank you Kelly. Love what you’ve created and your lay outs. I’ve purchased a few. I’m in Australia and really enjoy watching your creativity. Thanks for sharing.
I so enjoyed your talk. What I like the most is your generous sharing of your talent. Not everyone can be creative like you. I am one of those that has to copy others because that gift just isn’t there or hasn’t been realized yet and it just makes me appreciate the people like you that are so willing to share your talents in a non-commercial way. Since I’m already a demonstrator, I’m unable to be on your team, but I get so much from your artwork and even though I don’t have a team nor anybody to share it with it brings me great joy just to create for myself and I just wanted to say thank you!
So much of my joy like you comes from the creative process itself! I’m so happy you have that and I’m so happy you can find inspiration here. Thank you for sharing that with me as you know those kinds of things keep me going when I know, I can be an inspiration and help others, and I look back on so much of my artwork and I had no idea what I was doing, but I still enjoyed the process! So many of those skills just simply come this time and I am still learning every single day so I have a sneaking suspicion that you are much more talented and creative than you’re letting on! Just keep on creating!!
@@snipsbykelly I joined CTMH in around 2001. I have the skills to follow but it doesn’t come from my head. I am not gifted that way but I can do anesthesia really well!! I was introduced to Stampin Up in 1991…. Loved making cards but oh they were so basic compared to now!! So just know that you make a huge difference in my ability to enjoy crafting these days!!
@@suziemiller7896 well that’s a talent in and of itself! Don’t get me anywhere near a needle lol!! And yes, my things have changed! I really laugh at even my scrapbooking in the 90s and what I thought was so cool! But that is history and we need to preserve that! And again I’m so happy that I can make even a tiny bit of difference!! I look forward to continuing to share the love of crafting with you in the future!
I have for years thought stampin up products would make wonderful scrapbook pages. I just didn't have time to create my own artwork. I am so happy I found you and that you decided to come over to stampin up along with other amazing makers! Thank you for sharing your talent! I am grateful and excited to see what's to come ❤
We discussed that at my green and gold event and decided that everyone could make it their own. They could have the strips symmetrical and completely matching or shake them up a bit and I shook mine up! I like it that way! Interesting you honed in on that ;)
@@jamesswanson2117 I totally get it! We were split about 50-50. Half wanted it to be identical and about half wanted it to be mismatched.❤️ that’s the beauty of scrapbooking. You can make it your own.

Kelly- I love everything you do and your inspiration. I also come from a Grandmother and her siblings that were great artist. But my Grandmother was a beaten down beautiful lady who was beaten and verbally abused by my Grandfather. But her determination to teach me between verbal and physical abuse taught me so much. My Granny had an absolute terrible life along with my Mother. My Mom said the creative gene skipped her. But all of my creativity and the love of crafting came from my Granny. I know she’s happy now watching me create just like her. And I know she’s happy now too because she’s not being beat and abused. He even threw her oil paintings outside on the patio to get her to stop painting but she went out in the cold and continued to paint. So I also paint and create like her. I’m sorry to bring people down about my Granny but I want you all to know I got my Granny’s love of creating. And I’m so glad I found Kelly because of her absolute beautiful paper crafting and I love that too. Kelly is an inspiration to me. I love her and I know she’s a wonderful lady that one day I would love to me in person. Thank you so much Kelly💕💕
My heart is broken for your Grandmother but I am inspired as well. She persevered and gave you a great and wonderful love and appreciation for all things creative and art and also, I am sure....a determined spirit! thank you so much Kim for sharing and for your lovely words. You too, inspire me and I have a heart of gratitude for how kind you are! And never say never...we will meet someday!!!!!
@@heikesantiago6607 Thank you so much!So I have had lots of requests for the gift card holders and they’ll be up on my website tonight! www.snipsbykelly.com but I may have to do a video!
Beautiful layout Kelly!!!❤️❤️❤️. I haven’t found your layouts that we’re going to make of the Summer Gnome, I love those little playful ones and you do such aWONDERFUL layouts with them. You really bring your layouts to life, you can almost hear them giggle!
