Hello dude, so I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado with cloth seats I was wondering if I could throw in a 2007 to 14 Silverado rear seats into my 2016. I like the 7 to 14 seats better because the backseat is straight all the way through my 16 has a little curve to it. Is it a direct swap?
Question brother I’m doing 4/6 drop on my 4x4 2014 Silverado but the spindle I’m using is a belltech and the upper control arm bolt to the spindle is hitting my axle boot any reason on why that’s happening I still haven’t gotten my 2 in lowering strut on either you think that might be the reason ??
yo bro i got another question so i got my springs and shocks installed but i am noticing that my control arm does hit a bit when i turn it all the way to the right is that common or should i get that checked out ?
@@sidewayzindustries2613 so right now i have 2 in spindles and 2 in springs if i get the control arms will that lower the truck more or what is a way to fix that problem ?
hey man i did a flip kit on my truck but my truck seems to be bouncing a lot when i’m driving could this be the shocks because i am currently on stock shocks
@@sidewayzindustries2613 nah man just have the flip kit for now also did you get shocks for the front with the springs or did you run the stock shocks on the front ?
@@sidewayzindustries2613 U recommend it? How’s it been reliability wise? I’ve gotta 17 and I wanna give it some more power and I’m tryna decide on a tune
Yes sir , acts like stock but but once you floor completely different truck I also am fbo not just the tune , might be changing tuner once I go Whipple
I just replaced mine with a Dorman rag joint shaft. The hardest part was getting the top bolt out since someone used an impact and rounded the bolt! I used an Irwin bolt extractor, replaced the bolt and nut, then pushed the boot on the new shaft back far enough to go up into the column. I broke the plastic collar off since I did not push it down far enough to clear the frame. Oh well, it works great! No more steering wheel slip!
