Urgent! 1. They refuse for 2 years to connect me a land line despite me having cable connect to my dwelling and the cable ADSL available in a connecting well. So I have no internet nor cable telephone. 2. The QLD government refuse to provide me an electricity despite being connected, on the honest, and lawful manner as a contract based on existing prices, and pensioner discounts. This evening I got the letter that I will be disconnected tomorrow morning. All despite me offering Ergon to pay the standard charges, based on the meter reading. Ergon and the owner which is the QLD government, refuse to present me a lawful bill based on used energy. They guess, and the variation from one to another period goes from one to another extreme. None is real. I refuse to pay a fictional bills. I demanded to make a full audit, and then to establish a lawful contract to resume supply and pay business. So now I refused to pay for over a year, and they refused to provide a valid bill. I have presented all the bills, incorrections and many times an offer to pay a lawful, and real amount. No more nor less. I have contacted Ergon many many times using friends phone. All I've heard is nonsense and lies. I have at least 4 times turned to an Ombudsman and all they do is contacting the Ergon and dismissing the case. I have contacted 4-5 times the Anastacia Palaszczuk, and the minister for energy and requested an honest pay for an honest bill. They all refused. The CEO of Ergon has never replied. I wrote and served at least twice the Affidavit and letters of liability, fault and default. They have not replied therefore in law terms they are at fault. They had nothing to say in their defence each letter had more than 14 days reply time. It is clear that Queensland has no option for people to pay and honest bills for electricity. As law is based on agreement. We the People agreed to hire the administrators called the government to protect our laws and intersts. Here the supply of electricity at an honest and fair prices, and to connect a land line for a phone. The people in contract with us, take the money but fail to deliver the services. Therefore they break the contract and they act against our/my interests. What can I do without a fridge, without a fan? I have offered them an honest payment as per meter reading, many times in writing. They did not respond and continued to send me treatening letters of disconnection for over a year. I/we do not pay the terrorists to terrorise us but to protect our laws and interests. Do they want me to die, from malnutrition, heat and stress? I cannot afford to go everyday to Bundaberg 50km one way to buy each day a frozen berries, meat and butter fresh veggies. Now I have in my freezer and once a week or a fortnight is enough to do shopping. Now I have no way to keep my butter, meat nor anything. What can I do? (impossible), and the lowest was something as 30c each day for the period. (also ridiculously low). My usage is about 1-2 kWh a day which is 25-50c plus charges and minus pensioner discount. When last year, I complained by phone to Ergon that they have never sent me correct bill, the receptionist have expressed that my duty is to pay and than to complain. When I said: when I suppose to pay at most a $1 a day due to very low consumption, and you send me bill for $22 000, should I pay and then ask for correct bill? She confirmed. I refused. All bills must be correct. Ergon has refused to send me correct and true bills. On one hand I think by typing to you. One man as documented in uk have not eaten for a more than a whole year. Was under a medical supervision and nothing wrong happened to him except has lost his massive obesity. My 5-6kg excess may last me a week or two when I starve. I am nutritionist, but cannot live out of thin air. So one or two week starvation if I last, may do me only good. And perhaps I may thank them for disconnection. But my laptop and my drill etc, need electricity. What if I go to Bundaberg Aldi and get a 200g block of butter and eat on spot? Will it last me a week? No, it is just enough callories for one day. Can I without cooking and fridge live on fruits and veggies raw? Too much carbs is bad for my heart and I once survived the fatal heart attack. (doctors quote). So have to cook every day. Maybe you can ask some good people to come up with an idea of a gas cooker for LPG? This can be ok, but what to do with a fridge? Perhaps I have some old solar pannels, but have no inverter. All I need is my fridge and laptop to power up.I am one of the most energy efficient. I can live on 1.5kWh a day (50c electricity worth). But have no offgrid inverter. It is uneasy to buy without a phone and living in remote area. I think that within a $1000 dollars it should be possible to purchase such offgrid and off battery inverter. Batteries are expensive. If possible I preffer one that can accept but can run without batteries. I have actually asked the Aliexpress sellers for one, how much delivered here and when. No reply yet. And local ones are extremely expensive. The modern Ali is on/off grid, on/off battery as well. I could modify my fridge to have a manual switch for the difrost heater, and whitch it on only when there is a sun. So it can difrost in a day time only. What if there is no sun? Either a small quiet generator or bad luck. Stay in bad a whole day, no need for energy and no activity. No I cannot. On the second hand. A hundred years ago, nobody had a fridge, or a laptop. But they then did not lived in 21st century. Perpaps I would not come to this land so remote. On the third hand. If we had no government, no pay for them to supply us a clean energy, than I would not have reason to complain. Joke.
