God has given a lot of experiences in life to me. I want to share some of my experiences and knowledge with others. We presently live on the West Coast, but have lived in several states.
I like to share tips on teaching as I have taught in private schools and have homeschooled my children.
I am presently building my wild garden along with many herbs. I like to forage for wild herbs, as well, and share knowledge on these.
Sometimes, I share tips on how to do things or how to save money on certain projects.
I write novels, music and the words. I play various instruments and sing. Therefore, I am sharing some of this.
I love to research various subjects and have done some intense studies in the Bible and other things that I want to share occasionally.
I love connecting with people and sharing. I hope you all enjoy what I have to offer.
Thanks for those words, Gail. Your zinnias are beautiful! I planted many seeds this spring but none came up. They're my favorite. All is not lost though. No zinnias but lots of other flowers
I finally have a little time for my yard in the morning. I'm work exhausted from last week...don't have to go to my first client till 12:30 tomorrow, so I'll have time in my gardens. Your gardens are beautiful Gail.
Old or new, it doesn't matter. We people living on social security Use what we can get our hands-on. I know I do, I can't afford to go out and buy all new stuff. So I use what I have or what I can get, especially for free. Love your videos I always learn something new
The white is the original. It may be slightly more medicinal, but I think even the colored flowered ones have medicinal qualities. I've not tested them, just an assumption.
You need to use Roselle Hibiscus. You don't use the petals of the fresh flower. You wait for the flower to finish then the spent flower forms a calyx. That is what you harvest for tea.
Thats why I don't go thru any of those phone companies. I have always had straight talk from Walmart, I pay $52 a month and have unlimited everything. I can even do my RU-vid channel on it
Good for you to be clear what's acceptable and what isn't. If more people would do that, they have to rethink that. And yes, I would check other options too.
Hi Gail, I've used paper towels with cucumbers in plastic bag many times. Try this for green beans, wash , dry beans , place beans in a doubled rinsed , dried pillow case, and put in freezer until needed. Will keep for a year in freezer. Very fresh tasting. Thanks dear😊
My beans will becoming along soon, I only planted a few peas but they're are just about ready to be picked. Once my beans are done I'm going to plant a 2nd crop, I'm planning on canning at least 3 or 4 cases this year. Oh I found out how to turn my comments on for my channel also😂
I'm so sorry to hear about your grandson. I have you and your family in my prayers. Your entire garden looks very beautiful. God bless you Gail and much love in Christ. 🙏💙✝
I'm so Sorry to hear about your grandson. I know exactly how your son is feeling, I lost my son last year. He was 32, it's not an easy thing to go thru. What Got me through it was God, my faith is in him & he is with me always. He got me thru my husband's death 8 yrs. Ago I knew he'd get me thru my son's also. I'm holding you & your family in my prayers🙏❤️
That all depends on you, your body. If you've never had this particular herb, or plant families you might be allergic too. I can only tell you what I do. I know my body, my allergies ect. Learn your body. Personally, with a new herb I start out very small and see how I handle it. I don't take an herb mixture unless I know each herb personally first. It takes time to learn your body but well worth it.
Your self heal is so huge compared to mine. Which grows in my yard. I make my cousin not cut it for a few weeks just so I could harvest some but it's nowhere near as big as yours. That is just absolutely beautiful. You know, I keep telling people God put these plants Here for us to use. But people just find it too easy to go to the pharmacy and get a pill. People look at me like I'm weird when I say no.I take herbal medicine.
You tell the truth, praise God, and that's what I love about you. Self heal grows wild in my yard, I just dried a bunch and have more drying now along with plantain and red clover. I'm doing my 1st artisan show on Saturday with all my salves, tinctures, sprays and syrups, I can't wait, say a prayer for me.
We have planted our blueberry bushes from last year and it's full of blueberries 🫐🫐🫐 it's just so wonderful to see them growing 🤗 our raspberry bushes are looking beautiful but no fruit yet, only a couple of blooms 🤍 I look forward to seeing your pumpkins 🤗
I visited Joshua Tree Park last year and it was absolutely amazing!!! It's an incredible place and the joshua trees are absolutely beautiful!! Im glad i was able to see them when i did 🙏🏻 Very interesting what you have shared about the Ro.... And maps! I wouldn't be surprised. I planted some of the seeds that you have shared with me 🌱❤️ I remember when you sent me those was in the middle of everything you were going through with moving...it was such a beautiful gesture of kindness from you, i never forget what you've done for me 🙏🏻
Wow, I didn't know that they were planning on cutting down the Joshua trees. Thanks for enlightening me. If WE were to cut one down, I wonder what would happen. Hmm...
This is my first time growing licorice root, so I'm not sure about regrowing from a crown. As far as my marshmallow, it grew little baby plants that came up all around the main stalk. I planted those for my new crop of marshmallow. I'm not sure, that might be what you meant? I grew this Licorice from seed.
Yes, it was one of the best days he's ever had. He looked almost normal. Usually as he walks he stumbles and falls a lot. When he runs it's sideways. He's the gray one.
Awww, he looks so happy going on a walk 🥲❤️ bless his precious little heart 😍 I know he has gine through so much but you have taken such good care if him, and he looks so happy 🤗
Yes don't you just love how they're chem trails ruin a beautifully blue clear sky. God bless you, I look forward to your videos. I'm 58 and I live like you, I love my medicinal garden & foraging.
That I am, I just cut some chamomile & mugwort and got it drying. Got a prickly lettuce tincture extracting, making wound salves and muscle relief salves. I stay away from doctors, Jesus is the great physician.
Enjoyed ! I think you need sourkraut for your bowels . About two spoonful's a day . Also the tea Herbs should held the Basil, and rosemary . I actually gew ,and swallow the herbs .
Thanks, yep. Good advice. I'm doing good at the moment. I drink all kinds of basil teas and other herbs and mushroom teas. I also eat a couple tablespoons of sauerkraut...when I think of it, lol. Hope you are doing well. I pray for you... 🌿🌱🍃
Love your videos, I'll share them as much as possible. I've been currently dealing with fatty liver disease, high cholesterol, lupus and severe pain, ADHD, I'M currently experimenting with scullcap. I was trying to find a way to get legitimate valerian Root or kava root. But my wife and I are starting a RU-vid channel. once I have created it I'll share with you. We are trying homesteading no chemicals garden permaculture design and we want to share or experience with the world.
I have a little patch of scullcap in my yard. I have very bad pains in my muscles and leg joints. I've been trying to research how to prepare and proper doses for pain.
Glad you stopped by. 🙂. A lot will depend on what is causing your pain. How much you use for a dosing will depend on your size and body. It's not like pharmaceuticals, it's gentle. Start with a little and build up. Im not a doctor, I can only tell you what I do. I mix mine with valerian ect. As I mentioned. These are not really known for pain, but they relax you which may help the pain ..kind of depends on your circumstances.
Thank you Gail. This gave me comfort. My brother passed yesterday unexpectantly. Its been heavy on my heart and soul. Please keep doing your videos, I’m always comforted by them. GBY ❤
@@myrthagunter4141 Hi! My sugar peas are blooming now. Nasturtiums like some sun, but mine seem to die off when they start getting a lot of hot sun. So, I keep them where they at least have part shade.
The more I research food, the more we realize how much toxins are in commercial foods. I didn't want to belief it at first. Amazing how home grown food not only tasts better, but actually still has nutritional value. God provided a plant for any ailment. It just takes time to learn this again. Commercial "foods" cause a lot of inflammation, chronic disease and cancers. While real food will heal this. And fully agree with different ways of understanding. I need to practice to be more "soft" on those still deceived. Praying they find truth and that the Lord guides us all. Blessings ❤
