My father once worked for Vucic in 2015 side by side on multiple projects. He then got out of it after 10 months, somehow still alive. My father is a good person and tried to be righteous, but he instead got many threats that he will get "removed" just like the rest of the people that defy that psychopath. This is not USA. They can be prosecuted even if there is no body with other strong evidence. And be respectful to Republic of Serbia and its country map. Kosovo and Metohija are part of it with constitution.

Just to make it clear, Belivuk was ordered by the government officials to join Partizan fans and overtake the group. He was earlier a member of Crvena Zvezda hooligan group earlier, but to my knowledge he was not influential. His group started killing members old Partizan core group one by one, which resulted with taking down the Partizan main group called Alcatraz. Belivuk actually had two missions in Partizan, that he was given by Serbian government: 1) to recruit new gang members 2) destroy healthy cheering on Partizans standings. All of that creates 2 effects - massive disappointment and discourage for hundreds of thousands of Partizan fans who are mostly supporting the opposition on a political scene of Serbia, and it shows how bad the core members of Partizan fan base actually is. I just scratched the surface of the phenomena but I just felt it was important to point it out.
