I have seniority over all the employees have even been there longer than the current owners.. I get bullied on a daily basis by a 50 something year old manager who's best friends with the owner. The owners in nice lady but she's blinded to how deep her friends toxicity is. She made her friend a manager, later to find out that she got fired from Marshalls for creating a toxic environment and now she's been my manager for the last 2 years, humiliating me, gaslighting me putting me down in front of people and gossiping about me on a regular basis and spreading stories that she straight up imagines. For instance, I lost about 20nor so pounds weight cuz eat healthy and I work out, but according to her I've flopped at least 40 lbs probably cuz I do drugs or am sickly, which is sonfar from true its sad. She thinks I'm emaciated when I'm actually 3 pounds over the average for my height. She's an insanely jealousy driven person. She blames me for everybody else's mistakes including her own, and the owner is never there to see whats really gping on so she believes what she is told. I have become the restaurants scapegoatand it's small town where everyone gossips but I'm not from thereboriginally, so I'm the outsider. I'm the only one that stays late almost every day because I would never leave my fellow employees when it's busy or with a mess to clean up but, nobody says to help me when I close. if I'm a minute late I get shit on. I need this job (specifically, for they pay me in a way most companies wont) so I can move back home to my 78-year-old mother and I'm just devastated. because I'm all alone I have no friends, I have no family ro help me or my mom who is also alone. I'm pretty scared now. My mom's life is near its end and what if can't move back to be with her now? I'm hoping she offers me my job back after she talks to me, like she did last time this happened, but at the same time I don't want to go back there so she's going to see that I'm not the problem.... Her eyes need to be opened. Indont know what the best course of action is at this point and I'm too angry , offended and sad to think clearly. EDIT: just listen to Gemini, my rising sign, and I just don't understand how specifically accurate you can get in these readings! it's like you know what's going on in my life firsthand . I was literally just telling my mother I'm really not ready to talk to her yet because I'm so angry and hurt I just need a break from that place for a day and then you pretty much almost said what I was saying. At first I was worried that she's not going to be receptive but then you said sometimes energy can be reversed I need time to decompress. That job is emotionally draining as it's due to the Daily bullying (no fun for someone with moon in cancer, 😭) I will talk to her when I'm ready.
