Hi everyone..I created this channel to share my passion for the water and to film it. Since I was a young kid I have been playing on and below the water and recording the events.
That was so far away from an attack. Mote like an exploratory nibble or just letting you know to leave its area. That big of a moray could've bit the arm in half
Damn!! After watching the movie "The Deep" I decided I would never want to mess with a Morey. And I find it interesting that Groupers are attracted to divers.
Moray eels are territorial and aggressive, they also have razors for teeth and tend to not let go after bitting. Steering clear of them is a good idea. Sharks have a better temper than morays.
Finest example of stupid diving I've seen in a while, get off the coral, learn some buoyancy and stop flashing torches in the poor animals face, secondly way too close to everything...
i feel like the diver’s watch may have confused the eel into thinking it was prey - it’s common for aquatic predators to instinctively go after shiny/reflective things.
Diver probably had bait on him. Notice the grouper hovering around as well. This looked like Florida and they do this showy fish feeding routine there a lot. They also have a lot of moray eel injuries. Florida, they will never get it.
